Extremely disappointed- feels like a scam

I ordered a ring from Glamira that was supposed to arrive by June 26, in time for my partner’s birthday. Not only did they miss that important deadline, but they also pushed the delivery back to July 7/8 with no proper explanation.

Today is July 8, and we still haven’t received the order – nor have we had a single update. No tracking, no apology, nothing. For a company claiming to sell premium jewellery, this is absolutely unacceptable.

At this point, it feels like a complete scam. I highly recommend you don’t order from this site – save yourself the stress and disappointment.

These are quality pieces at a fair price.  Make great gifts!

Love my diamond studs. Sales Rep was patient and helpful in providing information for natural vs lab-grown diamonds. Showed me a number of diamonds natural/ lab grown in various sizes so I could compare pricing and quality (they look the same).  In the end, I went with the natural diamond, although more expensive, because of the pricing at the time and trade in program for a larger diamond in the future.

I ordered earrings a chain and a personalized necklace( currently waiting for that). The earrings and chain came but the chain was not the accurate length and the earrings were not it. No where on the site did it say that the earrings were store credit only i tripled checked as well as looked on my order. I emailed them about a full refund as i returned the chain and the earrings and I have yet to hear back. I do not want a gift card as I won’t be a returning customer. 

Beautiful jewellery and the best customer service. Very quick response and have always helped me with my orders.

Some of my bids was showing pending so my bid didn't go through. And I have no contact with the auction company to even set a time to pickup the item I won 

Website is hard to navigate, outdated and cluttered- finding anything is a real chore.

I love your watch bands.  They are so stylish and comfortable.  I change them with what I am wearing everyday.  I just need a few more for my collection!! 

I have bought from here before for Christmas gifts
