Once purchased I was kept up to date consistently withe the progress of my order, creation of the ring timeframe, and shipping times that were accurate. Constant change of delivery date
I purchased a ring stating that it was in stock and it would be ready to ship the following day June 4. Once placed, 24 hours later I got an email stating it will be shipping out June 30. My wedding was July 1 and I didn’t trust it. Out of frustration for the change of shipping date, I spend time speaking to a many representatives to find a ring that could ship on the date posted. I did an exchange for a more expensive ring that will, again, “ship next day”. Within 24 hours, I received another email that it won’t arrive till after my wedding. Twice now it was advertised it was in stock and would ship the next day but I was told otherwise. The jewelry, great quality. The customer service representatives I spoke to, were great and truly did their best to solve the problem. I’m so grateful for their effort and understanding of my frustration. The overall website and its accuracy on what’s truly in stock and its shipping date is terrible. Be cautious that if you order a ring, the delivery date might not match what they state online.
