I ordered my jewelry piece for a gift. The website was easy to navigate, however receiving my piece was a whole different story. I paid extra for expedited shipping and did t receive my piece TWO WEEKS after promised date. I tried to communicate and reach out to find out where my piece was and they just said sorry for the delay. No discounts, no communication unless I reached out! The gift was given two weeks after birthday. Just ridiculous. Once received the jewelry piece was nice but not worth the price or wait! Will never order or recommend this company. There are many other like it.

I brought some jewellery with some engraving work. At first there was an issue with delivery due to paperwork, but the customer service in resolving this was fantastic and showed a real care for customer (thank you April). The jewellery itself was spot on. Overall I can really recommend.

I love my necklace from MYKA with my children’s names and birthstones.
This is my second necklace. My first necklace the chain was knotted up and I immediately reached out to customer service. In less than two hours, they responded to my email and a new necklace was shipped out to me.
That’s excellent service and that exhibits they truly honor the satisfaction of their customers.

Prettier than pictures
The ordering was so easy. Got my necklace fast and it's prettier than the pictures! Onoy issue is catching the ends. The rings are very small and hard to grab with the lobster clasp. Took me a bit to get it on. But it's so beautiful!
