Plastic looking watch bands

Their watch bands look like plastic beads, not as they advertise. The customer service is terrible. They try to delay returns, then they lie about the refund. The refund policy states that the buyer pays return shipping, as did an email that I finally received to send the bands back. However, nothing in the return policy or the email said that they do not refund the fees to send the order to me. I know many online companies that do refund the original shipping fee. Additionally, they kept an additional amount as "taxes" on the shipping fee. There are no taxes on the USPS shipping fees. This company is a scam and their products look like garbage.

Fantastic Customer Service

The item I was interested in was not available, it was adapted. The team was very accommodating with quick friendly service beginning to end of transaction. I would order again from Cape Diablo.

I have several watchbands and I love…

I have several watchbands and I love them all! I had a problem with one a couple months after the purchase and they sent me a new one. The quality is great! Customer Service is superior! I am very happy with their products and will continue to purchase from this company!

Jewelry not technology

The bracelet for my Apple Watch makes it look more like jewelry than a Technical appliance. I enjoy wearing it and I’m tempted to buy another one to change it out with.

Very personalized service

I'm a satisfied customer with multiple multi-item transactions dating back to last February. There have been a couple of items where I ordered the wrong size, and the excellent people in customer service have scrupulously asked me to measure my wrist and the length of another watchband that fit me well, and send photos of it on my wrist, etc., and the amount of care and pride in their products has been very impressive. I don't know how they do it considering the very reasonable prices they charge.

ES Cape Diablo Named by me because the company escapes doing what they promise…

ES Cape Diablo Named by me because they “ES”cape their responsibly and promises

Beware before you find yourself in the same position as me…without the product I ordered and ongoing excuses, platitudes and dare I say outright lies

Early May 2025, I ordered 2 watch straps

10 May 2025 I received a delivery notification that my order is on the way.

All seemingly smooth sailing. A reasonable wait time

21 May 2025, delivery arrives (in size L my error) however 1 strap is correct (Platinum Demure) and the other is wrong. I ordered an Artisanal Labrodite Indigo Strap but received a Vintage Agate Strap. I immediately emailed the support department who informed me that I needed to repurchase the Platinum Demure strap correct strap in Size S.

The support team initially denied that the 2nd strap was incorrect and attributed it to the individuality of the beads.

22 May 2025. After paying for a new Platinum Demure strap in size S and sending photos (from their website) proving that they had sent me the incorrect strap ES Cape Diablo agreed (in writing via email, to send me the correct strap in size S. I (naively) assumed that this strap would be sent together with the new strap I had purchased (because it made perfect sense)

24 May 2025 I receive a delivery notification which is very quick

28 May 2025 Platinum Demure strap arrives and fits beautifully BUT the Artisanal Labrodite Indigo Strap has still not been sent to me. I contact the support department and receive the now usual platitudes and promises that the strap will definitely be sent to me in size Small

12 June 2025 I still have not received Artisanal Labrodite Indigo Strap that was never sent to me DESPITE it being Es Cape Diablo’s error in the first place and a month earlier.

I start to look at reviews and see that I am not alone. There are others who have experienced the exact same treatment as I have so I decided to review the company on a review site TRUSTPILOT

ES Cape Diablo responds to my review, with apologies and says the replacement has been APPROVED. I can’t understand how an error made by them, acknowledged in writing by their support team needed approval.

14 June 2025 I receive a notification that a parcel is on the way. I am excited as I believe this nightmare experience has been rectified

19 June 2025. The Artisanal Labrodite Indigo Strap arrives in size L despite the fact that I had been promised by the support department that it would be sent in size S, confirming to me, that there is either no communication in this company or simply no care.

20 June 2025. I write another review. Es Cape Diablo replies that my item is already on the way. This is totally UNTRUE. I had not received delivery notification as I did for the previous 2 orders.

28 June 2025 I email the support team querying this. Again the response is full of platitudes and promises that they have shipped the item but are waiting for the tracking number from the shipping company. This is IN TOTAL CONTRAST to the 2 deliveries I DID receive where the shipping notification came first

1 July 2025. To date there is still no shipping notification nor any strap having been delivered

Save your self problems and learn from my experience

Despite the products being beautiful and unusual you may never receive what you pay for

Painful, ill-fitting and dubious they are actual gemstone.

Such a great idea but so poorly made. Despite measuring as per the guidelines, what was sent was smaller and painfully nips my skin, with ugly bits of elastic showing. It also took weeks to arrive. I’m also not convinced that they’re real gemstone. I think they’re synthetic as they’re warm to the touch unlike other crystal accessories I own. Net result is over 40 quid down the drain.

Regardless of what comments they make on this post, I did order the right size, they’re just really poorly made, which is a real shame.

Loving these beaded watch bands

I’m loving the beaded watch bands I purchased from Cape Diablo and received a few weeks ago. The only difficulty I had was choosing one—there are so many beautiful pieces to choose from. So I ended up buying 3! It’s a lot of fun to change from one band to another depending upon my mood and what I’m doing and wearing. I wasn’t sure whether apps on my watch would work at first because the back of my watch wasn’t as tightly pressed against my wrist as it is with the regular silicone bands I’ve normally worn with Apple Watches. But it turns out they (e.g, the Health app that measures heat rate, steps, etc.) work fine when I’m wearing these beautiful stretchy beaded watch bands. Also the bands arrived sooner than I expected and were nicely packaged.

Usually I’m quite distrusting of online shopping. However, during my shopping I read quite a few individual reviews with photos and I became more at ease. When I ordered my product, I was again fearful for the item showed to be coming from China. Needless to say, my products arrived on the day of my daughter’s birthday within the allotted time frames given. Beautiful watch band jewelry! We both were ecstatic for having received such great products on time, without any problems whatsoever!

I needed a new watch band

I needed a new watch band. When i saw these beautiful bands advertised I said i have to have one of these. So many styles to choose from. I chose the BoHo style! I really love that you can just slip it on too. I LOVE this watch band!! I get so many compliments. Im actually going to get another in a different style!!
