Micro tennis chain
I ordered the micro tennis chain in white gold and now I have been through 3 or 4 separate ones in the last year, I am constantly needing to send them back as the setting quality of the stones is horrendous and they fall out, on this last return I made the GLD support team aware that the stones kept falling out and I have had this problem in the past and am not happy with the quality at all, it is now day 37 of getting my problem resolved, GLD lost my package, sent a wrong packing slip, and has taken extremely long to resolve the issue, I will not be coming back to GLD…
