I have not received my watch! I ordered in December, to make Christmas- the reason I gave even one star is I received 2 out of 3, but I think they may rip me off.

I have written, called, everything- thatnus why I got the two least expensive ones. I'm furious! I have been polite- they are never picking up the phone.

All I want is what I paid for!

Gave it to my husband for Christmas after he saw this watch online and liked it. He says it keeps perfect time. Regarding appearance, he says the watchband and the frame around the face are made of a beautiful wood grain, and the face itself is "classic."

I ordered and paid for an Apollo watch. I received a watch that the claim is custom built but the Apollo watch never worked. I reached out to Wood Forest watches and was told to send the watch back and once they received the return I would be sent a replacement watch. This was in September 2024. I was given an order number and a time frame of 3 to 4 weeks. It is now December 20th 2024 and I have not received a replacement watch. All I get from Wood Forest Watches is excuses upon excuses. You would think that this would have been an easy fix but to this day it is unresolved

I love Skechers. These are the only brand of shoes I buy. I love that you have expanded your styles to winter boots and shoes and also summer sandals. I appreciate your award systems to be able to accumulate points for coupons towards purchases.

My son cracked the face of his watch. Given the wood, no one could fix it. They gave us a full replacement. Gorgeous watch. Amazingh customer service.

I found that adjusting the watch band extremely challenging. I was never able to adjust it.

This was like my fourth watch from this company. Have had no issues with the past purchases, but this time, they sent me a watch that didn't work. I contact the company, and instead of exchanging the watch, or refunding my money, I had to make a video of me winding the watch like I don't know what I'm doing or not telling the truth about the watch. I sent the video, but have yet to get a response..

Order was received pretty quick. Issue I have is I ordered four watches. I received three watches and a bracelet. Two of the watches either doesn’t work or need batteries.

Now their web page is no longer active and there is no way to contact company about the issue.

You sent a watch that did not work from day one.
Very poor product quality control.
You cannot send that model as you have none.
You required a video to prove the watch did not work.
You have said I will get a refund which I have not received yet.

I've purchased a couple of watches in the past and have gotten numerous compliments. This current purchase is a big disappointment. The watch looks cheap the second hand only moves when using the stopwatch function. This will be the last purchase.
