The timely of delivery of the item, the address was correct but had an unit on it, but it still was delivered to the correct address & I love the look & I like how it fits my friend, wrist. I had my first experience with customer service when I realized I placed my order without adding the discount code to receive an extra 10%.  I wrote to customer service a few minutes later and received an immediate response from Julie.  Julie made the deduction the next day.  Great service and product!!

Replies from customer service were quick and easy, even when I changed my address mid-way; they waived the shipping fee, the package arrived impeccably on time, and the two-tone ring looked pristine.

All things well so far. Hoping to have a good experience with delivery since I paid for express delivery.
