The bidding process is simple and easy. Everything is easy to understand and generally well explained. It would be nice if when bidding it would show the total including the buyer's premium and tax so you know what the actual full cost would be.

Most auctions I've attended are great. I'm having a problem with receiving my winning lots with Kitson Auction in Illinois. It's been over 2 weeks and I have not received anything from their delivery service. I'm truly disappointed because I am also in Illinois. I've received my winning lots from Texas, Florida, and Missouri within this time. I guess there's always a bad apple in the bunch.

This was my first experience with this company. They consolidated all my items into one invoice. When we went to pick up the items, they had them ready to load and even helped load them in the car. We will definitely use West Texas Auctions again.

On time promt delivery. The only thing i ran in to was some of the things i won the pictures and descriptions did not match and what i received. picture's need something for size comparison. Something to scale other than that its a great no complaints. Always look forward to using.

I participate in several hibid auctions. The auctioneers and staff on pickup are always very helpful and friendly.

I have had nothing but success while bidding on HiBid.
However, I bid on a size 13 men's tennis shoes. So the Category said. They shipped me kid's shoes. When contacted they said they could do NOTHING about it. So sad. The auction ended June 19 in Nampa Idaho.

I was bidding on some items from a local auction. Another item I was interested in popped up on my screen, and I bid before realizing the item was hundreds of miles away. Now I have to figure out how to cancel the item that I won.

After the point that my husband had his account locked up because of a few notes on his account it left his account frozen without any response as to why. So I set up an account with the same card and address and that took confirming before my bids could count by then we lost a few items we were hoping to get. But my husband's account went unanswered. Was never told why. If my card worked so would his that is ridiculous.

If you're going to have bidding that can be raised by a plus(+) sign, it should automatically adjust to YOUR bid increments. It does not, and has cost me at least two auctions, trying to correct the bid I had placed using YOUR bidding systems.

Lots of inside bidding and Hibid does not care about it at all. Some if the names they don't even hide and it's the same names of the people that work for the auction or retail stores. One time it was the same name as the estate sales owner. There have also been an influx in "retail" locations. They have generic photos and start the bids at outrageous prices.
