A++ customer service!

I have been purchasing from Ana Luisa for a short time and have loved everything I’ve received, all high quality pieces that I wear nonstop including in the shower with no discoloration or tarnishing.

Recently I got a pair of hoops and one was a tiny bit loose closing so I ended up losing one the first day I wore them. I contacted support to see if I could purchase just one earring to replace the lost one. Customer service was quick to reply on a holiday weekend and offered to replace the pair for me. They were sent out that day.

Fabulous customer service

Fabulous customer service. One of the earrings turned up missing a stone. I took a picture and emailed through querying what I should do, and they came back saying they would send a replacement straight away.
The customer service rep Maria was lovely, and helpful :)

Great product and great customer…

Great product and great customer service
I have ordered from Ana Luisa twice. First the Venus earrings a couple of years ago and about a year ago the Tia Mini Hoops. The Venus earings remained looking brand new for two and a half years with basically daily wear. Then the platting started to rub of slightly also the clasp got quiet loose. That's also the reason I eventually lost one earring. I think for the price that is amazing. Next I ordered the Tia earrings. Sadly here the platting has now started to come of. Since Ana Luisa offers a two year warranty I reached out. Even though I didn't have my original order number anymore, just an email asking me to review the earrings, I was able to get a replacement after sending a screenshot of the email and pictures of the defects. Costomer service responded very quickly and were super nice/helpful. Will order again, when I need new earrings :)

Even after I cancelled the membership, they still billed me. There is no customer service number to call. Its a rip off

Me and my wife walked in their store located in chinook centre Calgary, even though we didn't buy anything we were being treated verynicely and the management and staff were very helpful, they answered all our questions, the quality and prices are great we promised to go back and purchase few items in the near fut, we thank you for making us feek welcom, specially one ofthe staff named Fatima,

Beautiful and light weight

The jewelry is beautiful and light weight. It doesn’t tarnish or leave my skin irradiated as some jewelry does. They’re very attentive and always want to know if you’re satisfied with your purchase. I will definitely recommend this company and continue to purchase from Ana Luisa.

SCAM

Jewelry was nice. But a SCAM of a place. They start a membership and charge you monthly. I had to cancel my card. I wouldn't purchase ever again. They can keep the so called credit for the SCAM MEMBERSHIP
Many other websites that are honest
BE VERY CAREFUL when you purchase from here

BE AWARE. Do not create an account

Ana Luisa have instituted a lovely scam. You buy your jewelry ( I used a coupon to get a discount) - then they send an email to set up your account (luxe) to follow your order. Then they charge you 4 bucks to do so.…AND IT is a MONTHLY fee. When contacted they canceled the supscribtion but first fee
Is not refundable. Had I not created account i would have saved 4 bucks on my jewelry. They tell you you receive a 15 percent discount for becoming a member but i got that with my coupon. So evenly although they didn't refund the fee and I created the account AFTER I placed the order they don't refund the fee and try to argue I actually got a discount. But it cost me four dollars more than if I had not created the account. DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT. Quite the scam they've got going...
