So I haven’t ordered yet I am really tempted to, but I just want to make sure the rings are good quality before I spend 2k. I am interested in a 14k gold ring and I just want to make sure that people don’t have problems with the gold fading or chipping. As I always shop at pandora I have been having issues with the bottom of my ring fading and turning my finger green. I just want to make sure this is not a common issue at Ms blue.

Horrible customer service …

I bought mine and my wife’s ring from MSBlue in January of 2024. I have the 8mm wedding band “sterling silver”. But it is Gold Plated in fake ass white gold that has chipped and flaked. I’m not in construction and don’t use lotions. This is horrible customer service. They basically blamed it on the fact that ALL of their sterling silver is plated which was NEVER stated on their website! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. POS ring they sold.

I purchased 2 rings on January 20

I purchased 2 rings on January 20, 2025 there was absolutely no communication whatsoever about processing, shipping NOTHING. After multiple failed attempts to get some kind of update, I finally get a notification that I'm receiving a package from China. My rings arrived February 18, 2025. I wore my rings for a week and noticed chipping, like paint was chipping off and discoloration where the chip was. They kept pressing me to write a review so I did. They reached out to me right away wanting to fix my rings for free. My rings were delivered to a location here in the US on March 11, 2025. I've reached out for updates and get a generic response and today I checked the website and they removed my review.
Welp! There's a $250 lesson learned.

My ring is absolutely GORGEOUSSS!!!

We were able to find the perfect engagement ring at a much lower price! It only took a few days to get it & we were so impressed! My ring is STUNNING & the packaging was also beautiful! I would definitely shop MSBLUE Jewelry again- in fact we are picking out our wedding bands now!! Ty!

Disappointed

I am sorry to say that I was not impressed with the custom ring I purchased. It looks poorly made in person. The stones are much smaller in person. Nevertheless, as my grandmother use to say, I bought this lesson. It was still a pleasure doing business with you.

I purchased my ring 1/12/2025 for my…

I purchased my ring 1/12/2025 for my birthday gift. It needed to be resized. I sent the ring back for an exchange not being informed that your company would be in Europe for training. It took almost 2 months to get the order. It went from being a birthday gift, missing a Valentine’s Day gift to just arriving in March. Customer service was NON existent. Finally found someone who helped. Product is beautiful, but I’d be hesitant to buy from your company again.

No customer service

As others have commented, poor customer service. I ordered a necklace online and when it arrived the interlocking circles were so tiny I could barely see them on my neck. Not really what I had in mind so I emailed to inquire about returning. The return policy states if you're not satisfied they will fully refund you. Took weeks to get a response cuz supposedly they're away for training? When they finally replied with their policy with it area highlighted that they deduct a $20 restocking fee as well as the original Shipping cost. I'm assuming I would also pay for the return shipping. Very much a joke would never shop from that site again.
