I will update star rating, as I have not yet received my chain. I ordered a 22k rope chain, Friday, May 9th, and I haven't gotten a tracking number or anything. So much for "express shipping". Hope I'm not out thousands. And everybody saying customer service garbage, they aren't lying. I haven't heard anything back in 4 days now.. its crazy

Less grams than stated

I’ve purchased from Jacoje and now his secondary business, Linx. On his Linx site it states the bracelet was 6.5g. When received it was 6.3g. It’s a minor difference but with gold rising and also it being a used item, there shouldn’t be any approx. weight. Also, if you want to make the best out of the $30 shipping fee, I’d suggest ordering early in the week. No shipments over weekend. The bracelet is nice. Still has a shine and good quality for being used.

BEWARE! DON’T BUY!!!

Didn’t like one of the chains I bought. Have been trying to get a hold of someone to return it but they don’t answer any of my emails or messages. Bad customer service. I don’t recommend unless you want to get stuck with something you won’t like.

Necklace with Backward Initial….

My necklace came and the initial was backwards….and now I look online to see that my initial is sold out. This was supposed to be a special gift for my boyfriend.

The initial is not removable from the chain either so no way for me to fix it without potentially breaking the necklace.

I was scammed

I was scammed. This jewelry store sent me wrong items and subpar quality fake jewelry. I tried to request to return the items but they will not honor the return. Save your money! Don't get scammed like I did.

Everything was priced well for holiday sale. Ended up receiving a wrong sized item, emailed customer service and they sent a longer length free of charge for the error. Awesome customer care here. Did test one of the chains to make sure it was actually silver and everything was good. Shop here with no worries!
