Order was placed on May 6th, and manufacturing was initiated on the same day. Given a production lead time of 3-4 weeks. They originally stated order would ship May 28th, contacted on June 4th and said they were at an exhibition in Las Vegas I could meet with a member of the team to pick up if I was in the area. Contacted again the 6th stating it would ship the 7th. Here it is the 17th and still hasn't shipped. Finally received my item June 23. Back of bracelet and necklace are scratched as they were put in the same bag for shipping without any protection from each other. The black box they come in was all broken. For the amount of money spent I would expect better.

The product arrived very fast, it only took 3 days international shipping. The product is exactly as advertised. It is high quality, fully solid S925 Silver with 14k yellow gold plating. Fully Soldered Links. VVS1 D color moissanite diamonds are perfect. They shine and pass the diamond tester as advertised. The lock is strong and of high quality. The stones are also hand set with prongs. The chain does kink a little bit, but I think this is expected of all cuban style chains.

paid in full, never received my items. Told me to fvck off and never filed a claim when my package ended up missing. Their shipping is way too high and so is their low quality china gear. You’re better off shopping with icecartel or Harlem bling for better customer service and value.

If you believe otherwise, we challenge you to provide evidence to support your claims. Without proof, your accusations are nothing but empty slander, unfairly tarnishing our hard-earned reputation.
Secondly, your claim that we told you to "f*ck off" and failed to file a claim is an outright lie. Our customer service team operates with the utmost professionalism, and we have no record of any such interaction. In fact, we made every effort to assist you with the missing package, but the contactless delivery option you chose limited our ability to intervene further. You agreed to these terms at checkout, and now you’re attempting to shift the blame onto us with fabricated stories. This is not only unjust but also a clear attempt to defame our business. We are appalled by your dishonesty.
As for your remarks about our shipping costs and product quality, we take immense pride in offering competitive pricing and high-quality products. And since you brought it up, let us set the record straight: your derogatory comment about “low quality China gear” is both ignorant and hypocritical. The reality is, many American businesses—including the ones you mentioned, IceCartel and Harlem Bling—source their products from China. I know exactly which suppliers they work with, and I can tell you that a vast majority of goods sold in the U.S., even those in Trump Tower under your former President Trump, are proudly manufactured in China. This is a global standard, not a mark of inferiority. Your attempt to use this as a point of attack is baseless and reveals your lack of understanding. All you’re doing is spreading rumors with no substance—just empty words from someone who has nothing credible to offer.
In the meantime, we will be reporting this review to Trustpilot for investigation, as it violates their policies on defamation and misinformation.
