NOTHING like the listing

I received the package today, after waiting 3 weeks, I was in shock. I honestly can’t believe the picture was sent out as is - bodies and background look completely normal, they slapped a weird filter on only the faces, one foot backwards and the other foot had a shoe swapped, our dog looks odd as well. Nothing about this picture looks cartoon like, beyond disappointed. This was a wedding anniversary gift. Would really appreciate for this to be remade and corrected.

Damaged Snow Globe

I ordered a custom snow globe for my brother's family for Christmas. The product arrived with the glass smashed. The packaging (as many others have commented) was completely insufficient for the product.

I emailed them several times to request a replacement be sent. The delays in responding to my emails meant that there was now no chance of getting this in time for Christmas so I requested a refund.

They offered a 70% refund. I said that the product was 100% damaged, it was their fault for not packaging properly so I'd like 100% refunded.

Again, after long waits and several emails they said that for a 100% refund I would need to return the item back to China at my own expense.

I said I didn't think this was reasonable as the postage would cost me almost as much as the product itself.

They then stopped responding at all to my emails.

So I have currently received no replacement and no refund. I actually then forgot about this for a few months which I think is their tactic. Drag the complaint out until you give up.

Terrible service. Would not recommend.

Absolute rubbish

I ordered a wooden stand which was supposed to have our picture made to look like Pixar characters and printed on it. When it arrived nothing had been made to look like a cartoon - it was just our picture printed on there unchanged. They obvs didn’t provide what I ordered but only offered me a 50% refund! I pushed for a full refund which they agreed to if I returned it tracked. Cost me over £20 to send it back but they weren’t getting a penny from me for the rubbish they sent me. Full refund received :)

ALMOST perfect, but ..........

Everything came through precisely as advertised, EXCEPT the adhesives. Both of them were creased and wrinkled beyond use, and I will unfortunately have to remedy this situation, as otherwise the emblems will be nothing more than novelties that are essentially useless. For that kind of money, EVERYTHING should have been 100% perfect.
There should also be a feedback card included with each emblem when situations like this arise.
JMHO.

I paid express delivery fees to receive…

I paid express delivery fees to receive item within 2-3 business days and ended up getting it 2 weeks after! I wrote to the company to be reimbursed the express delivery fees and they wouldn’t. Upon receiving the product, the quality was not was not worth the price.
