Faster service this time, but website issues

This order with only "in stock" items was dispatched within a few days as advertised, which is a nice change from the many, many delays on the previous ones.
On the downside, there are several malfunctions on the website which have now been there for several months (system for redeeming points not working anymore so I missed out on a discount and probably lost some points too as they only stay valid for so long, and some items supposedly in stock like eg stellar realms shell cannot be selected for ordering). I tried adding a message to my latest order (a couple of weeks ago) to alert Secret Wood to this, but the issues have still not been sorted - possibly the messaging system isn't working either?

Roman here. Thanks for noticing the faster dispatch on your last order and for sharing your concerns.

I just checked, and the rewards panel is working. If it still looks off on your end, try clearing your browser cache and pausing any ad blockers, since those can sometimes block the script that powers the panel. The same goes for the chat plug-in.

As for the Stellar Realms shell, it’s sold out, which is why you can’t select it right now. Sorry about that. I’m not an IT guy, and I know the website isn’t perfect, but I’m always doing my best to fix any bugs I come across. I really appreciate you pointing them out.

Worth the Wait

I ordered a Glo ring a few years back for my son, and unfortunately he loved it so much he wore it until it broke. He was devastated, especially since we couldn't buy a new one. Recently they had gone back up for purchase in the fall of 2024, I was so excited! I immediately ordered one for my son's birthday, and while it didn't arrive until a few days after his birthday, this one actually looks better than the original. Looks stronger too.
I want to express my gratitude to Roman, for getting here so quickly. I really do appreciate your beautiful work and the smile on my son's face was phenomenal! He is more cautious with where and when he wears it, but it was well worth the wait.
If anyone is thinking about buying any of the beautiful hand crafted work from this company, know he is a one man show, not an industrial park full of people. Please keep in mind something so beautiful takes time, and shipping across the boarder is just a little longer now. Again though, we'll worth it to have something so special and unique.

A little disappointed

Hello,
At the Treasure Chest | 3 Gems 1 Base - Steel / 18 in × 1 the stones are scratched and the purple stone is very dark in color compared to the one presented on the website.
Likewise, the stone from Eternal Supernova is not like the one presented on the website, it has much more white around it, I chose the model because I really liked the color.
Can't the stone be changed in the ring? or does it come out very hard?

I orded a ring back in September 2024 and the pre-order info said 5 weeks or sooner. I have not gotten an feedback from them my order is still being processed. I would not buy from here anymore their customers service is very lacking.

Top quality! I want more.

I received my products today and...

WOW! They are as good as the website presents them to be. The detail, the quality, the whole product is truly amazing.

These made for great gifts and my family love them so much that we have put in another order.

This being said, the level of stock in some items is a little frustrating. A lot of new items, especially those based around animals sell out very quickly, I would love to see more of these added back to stock.

Overall, amazing quality with what I have received. Can't wait for more!

The order never arrived and did not reach the destination country. I placed the order in late August, and it has been four months already. The tracking information is no longer available.

I have sent four emails requesting a solution, but I never received a reply.

Ring Doesn’t Resemble Pictures or Videos

Recently ordered space meteor ring. Did not come in official packaging. Did not resemble product on website or other reviews. Free second star because I have hope it can be resolved. Near $100 for the cheap look and feel received is reasonably irritating. I hope that a replacement or refund can take place.

Response to Update: The $100 comment was referring to the listing price before sale. I understand how it seemed strange to make that comment about a $40 ring. However, if the sale implies a cheaper production quality or selling worse units to clear out stock, I’d rather opt in to paying $98 to receive the quality seen elsewhere. I came from a TikTok video showing off an earlier model that was nearly pure bright white and looked as such in both dark and lit rooms. I wholeheartedly believe that the rings are one of the coolest accessories I’ve come across, and I am a huge fan of all of the designs and the other resin jewelry pieces. I would not mind paying a much larger amount for what I’ve seen before because I love it. I understand deviations occur with handmade production, but the ring doesn’t even look nearly the same as it does elsewhere.

Update #2. Hello Tammy. If you don’t like the ring, I’ve already offered a refund or exchange in your initial email (I'm still waiting for your response) – I’m happy to make things right.

All of the rings are handmade, which makes each one unique. Some glow blue, green, or yellow – but the variation doesn’t reflect cheaper production quality. People loved the GLO rings, so we brought them back. These rings aren’t mass-produced in large quantities.

I also mention on the website that every piece is one of a kind, and it’s not possible to make them all identical – that’s part of the beauty and charm of handcrafted products. Additionally, colours can look different depending on how people perceive them, and cameras often capture colours differently than how they appear in real life.

Regarding the packaging – I’m not sure what you mean? I keep it simple and all-gold because I focus on the product itself, not the packaging.

I stand by the quality of these handmade rings, and I’m confident in their craftsmanship. Let me know how you’d like to proceed!

Lost in shipping.

I would've given 5 stars if not for the issue I had with shipping. It took longer than I thought to get my products. Roman was great communicating with me when I had questions about what was happening and were working on fixing the issue. They were even gonna replace what I ordered but in the end whatever happened was fixed and it was shipped.

An AVID fan of Srecret Woods

I have been an avid fan of Secret Wood since the first time I saw the beautiful rings and how they are made. I vowed that I would one day own at least one. I took the opportunity to purchase the surprise Treasure Box with two rings, receiving them in perfect condition, beautifully gifted and one suits my daughter perfectly and one suits me perfectly.
