I don't know what you did, but you did it! The Gold Solstice Bundle (multi Gemstone Necklace＆ Bracelet) was perfect. Great design and quality so far! Survived a sweaty weekend of dancing. No fading.

Don’t buy stuff from here ! Terrible service !! I bought the necklace and bracelet set to spoil myself and spend money I did not have . I ordered a 7 inch bracelet as I have small wrists . It came in a 8 inch not including the extender . HUGE on me . Not even close . Emailed them same day received , showed pictures , measured it for them , and asked them to send a replacement correct 7 inch I ordered , and send me shipping label as PER THEIR POLICY if the quality issue is on them .
Instead they try to only offer $15 back on an over $120 purchase to keep the bracelet where I can’t use it at all lol. I refused and said I want correct size . Then they tell me that’s the smallest they can make it . I told them send me a 6-6.5 inch if they run large and DO NOT advertise for that , so that it probably will arrive in. 7 inch and it’s extender . Said they can’t make it smaller , and I can pay for shipping back to them myself , for a refund (not full refund ). I reiterated the policy as error is on them . They also told me to go to a jeweler and get it sized . These are not just links that get removed like a watch . So if soldering needs to take place as it’s not pure gold , the heat will damage stones or bracelet . Now I’m having to beg for a large enough refund to cover paying a jeweler of some kind , In hope they’re willing to risk working on a bracelet that is not pure gold .
Their 7 inch advertisement was not an accurate one for me . And they are not doing the right thing and making the correct size they advertised . For their expensive costs , terrible service . Now I have a huge bracelet I can’t wear . No full refund . And paid over $100 for just a necklace , when was supposed to be 2 items in the correct size I ordered . So disappointed. Will not shop here again . I feel they do this to many who won’t fight them on it like I am trying to . If a customer has to ask more than once to fix a mistake that THEY made …. You know they are being unethical and shady and going to screw you over .

My husband bought me the blue set that arrived after Mother’s Day and the color has changed and tarnished. I take great care of my jewelry pieces and do not wear lotion nor perfume due to my eczema and severe skin condition.

My husband paid over $150 for the set and they are not willing to refund us

Their disclaimers said that the item is water resistant astonish free which is incorrect and false Advertising.

I placed my order on April 27th—and I still haven’t received anything. Turns out, they didn’t have enough inventory to fulfill all the orders, but they never notified me. No email, no update, no transparency.

I had to follow up on my own just to find out what was happening. The lack of communication and accountability is honestly unacceptable. For a jewelry company, the experience felt messy, disorganized, and downright ghetto.

I still don’t have my order, and at this point, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
