They advertise delivery in 24 hours but it took about two weeks. When I received the medication I noticed no difference. I even increased the dose and up to 20mg no difference. It is like a placebo. I do not believe any tirzepatide is in this compounded pill. I also received text messages at 2am and 3am about the prescription. Odd from the start. 

I really like the wall Pilates. The food choices are great, but sometimes prep is time consuming. I could be that it is what it is. Luckily, I can select optional meals as needed. That’s definitely another benefit. I was hoping the weight loss would be quicker, but it took time to get to where I am, so it will take time to get rid of it - healthier eating and more exercise. 

 Went through 2 drs before they take Medicare. I do like my Dr and nutritionist. My medicine has not shipped and I am already getting messages to order again. Doesn’t give me a good feeling
