The Coaching and Support teams are so responsive and actively involved in the in-app community and via 1x1 emails and messages. The fit mother project BLOWS ME AWAY! I live on a tiny island literally in the middle of nowhere. I have an APO address (military) and not all companies ship to them. Our packages take 2+ weeks to get here and things often disappear enroute. Their customer service EXCELS! Their product is my absolute favorite (super fuel shakes)! Fit Mother for Life
I have been a member since 2023 and on a serious health journey since March 2024. The elements needed for healthy and sustained weight loss and health benefits are completely there if you choose to follow them. The app is awesome and the community is great. Coaches are in the threads throughout the day and available by email or Zoom for more specific needs. I don't buy any of the supplements except SuperFuel (because I truly feel better on it than others) and nobody harasses me to buy their products. I have lost 45 lbs and am currently at my maintenance weight, while building muscle mass and strength. This program is the real deal. As for people saying things about no response to emails, etc, this has not been my experience at all. It makes me wonder if they're commenting on the wrong company or if they're just trying to be trolls.
