I ended up with severe enteritis after taking tirzipetide with B12 injections. My primary doctor thinks it may have been contaminated. Think twice about using any compounded medicine.

So far all good
I have yet to use the meds beings I still have a week of my prior medication left before insurance cut weight loss out so can not comment on actual medication at time. As far as customer service, my experience was very good. Medicine arrived quickly. I thought vial was way short medication as it looked like there was far from enough but after talking to representative and pre-filling needles it turned out to be exactly enough. Very friendly. Answered all my questions before and after buying and I had many. My only concern going forward is giving myself a needle over the injection pens i have been using and seeing how much I actually will lose. We will see how wll i do with needle this Saturday 😱
