Great education and guidance to reach my goals
The diet, exercise, and behaviors presented through the program helped me reach and maintain my weight loss goal. I could get close on my own but could not break through the final 10 pounds. A key enabler was being able to freelance meal planning while following calorie and nutrition guidance. The portal and mobile app are super helpful. I love being able to scan food bar code labels real time while shopping. It helped me to make good decisions and learn at the same time.

Helpful Tools to Learn Healthy Eating
The tracking tools are terrific and executable from any device. The simple meal plan with the downloadable grocery list takes out some of the planning so you can concentrate on eating right and setting yourself up for future healthy eating habits. There were many areas where you can reach out for support and help.

The Mayo Clinic Diet/ meal plan is the best I have ever tried. I lost 26 lbs. in about 18 week. I preferred the simple meal plan for the convenience. I appreciate the opportunity to learn about this diet and will continue to tell others about it.

This is the best tasting food for a diet
The diet is easy to follow and the recipes are like eating gourmet food. The educational materials teaches you how to eat and about behavioral changes needed related to eating habits. This is the best diet I have every tried. I like the various options for payment. The cancellation process is easy when you are ready to stop paying.

Wonderful Plan!
If you followed one of the many wonderful food plans, the weight came off. You didn’t starve, you could eat almost anything and still lose weight. Portions, and combinations were key. I loved this plan. I would recommend The Mayo Clinic plan wholeheartedly!

Helping reduce my arthritis
I need to reduce sugar and get down to a healthier weight. In my late sixties and getting arthritis. The iOS applications with meal plans and tracking is everything I want. The ebooks are great for more info. I’m on my 11th day and my arthritis is much better and I only have that pesky “10 more pounds” to lose. Husband likes the food too, although he’d prefer less black pepper.
