Mandeville Fitness is a 5 Star Experience

Logan was a great help in motivating me to lose 50 pounds. I started with him at 60 years old and immediately felt better about myself. He has an app that he will customize just for you and then help you on meal prep so that you stroke the balance of losing weight.

The secret is to eat the right foods that will fuel your body, but exercise to be calorie deficit.

A year with Logan will add years to your life!

Goals with Mandeville Fitness

I couldn't imagine a better coach

I've been working with Logan for just over a year now. I came to him with the initial goal of losing weight. Logan told me he could make up an individualized program for me, and I have lost over 25 pounds and become stronger. Online coaching

Exactly a year ago, I came across Logan Mandeville on Instagram. He specializes in coaching men over 60. After six months of intensive, supervised training, I can proudly say it was worth it. Reducing body weight, increasing muscle mass, and improving mobility were my goals, which I more than achieved with Logan. I highly recommend Logan and Mandeville Fitness.

What was once unattainable is now within reach!

I’ve been working with Logan for nearly six months, starting out with what I considered to be a major goal. Lose 50 pounds over the course of the campaign and work to put on some muscle.

Following the program Logan established for me, and being more focused and mindful of what I eat (without much sacrifice) I reached the 50 pounds goal in just 3 1/2 months and today hit 85 pounds lost, with just about 3 weeks remaining in the six months commitment.

I cannot begin to express in words just how grateful I am to Logan and Mandeville Fitness for everything I’ve achieved in the past six months. The workouts are easy to follow and don’t consume your day, the program has not required a major lifestyle change, and I feel better physically and mentally than I have in years. I’ve got more confidence now than I probably ever have before and know that fitness goals I once thought were unattainable are now within reach.

Caring, compassionate coaching with Logan

I first talked to Logan Mandeville, the founder and leader of Mandeville Fitness, back in February 2024, a couple of months shy of my 59th birthday. His specialization in helping men over 40 really resonated with me. In my 30s, I worked out regularly, ate nutritiously and enjoyed spending time with friends. But things had changed dramatically by the time I reached my 50s. I was working remotely a great deal of the time, and I became indifferent to hitting the gym as frequently or at all. When I talked to Logan, I was the heaviest I'd ever been in my life (about 230 lbs.), Type 2 diabetic and tired of being tired all the time. He put together a nutrition and exercise plan that began with suggested foods and recipes as well as three full-body workouts. There were no crazy movements or drastic calorie cuts. Just baby steps towards getting me healthier. Now, I've been with Logan for over a year (I renewed our partnership in February 2025) and I'm in the high 170s weight-wise, I'm off my diabetes meds, am eating delicious healthy meals and wake up every day feeling positive—which is a huge thing being 60 now and job hunting. Logan and the personally designed fitness and nutrition plans he created for me have literally made my life better in immeasurable ways. His compassionate guidance and friendship make him stand out in the very competitive business of online coaching. I've worked with other trainers in the past (both gym-based and online) and he is by far the best. A friend asked me why I thought that, and the answer is simple. He truly gives a damn. He cares about me, my health, my wellbeing and my state of mind. And he will about yours, too! I cannot say enough good things or recommend any professional more highly than I recommend Logan Mandeville.

Logan is a friend and guide in teaching…

Logan is a friend and guide in teaching anyone of any age in living healthier. I was fortunate enough to find and work with this amazing man. He steps you thru slowly starting to work out to see what your body can handle. Nutrition lol in my case I was starving myself to maintain a steady 70lbs over ideal weight. So he had me eat more than I had daily in years and proved to me that in combination with working out and better food choices I could loose the fat. He is in constant contact with you. I was forced to end my journey with him as I relocated to colombia but even now he stays in contact as a very good friend does. He has the biggest heart and only wants his clients to succeed. I am physically stronger and happier with my weight than I have been in 40 years. Try logan out yes you need to put the work into it there is no magic wand but with his advice you CAN ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS.

The coach you've always wanted but couldn't find!!

I've been working with Logan for fifteen months. The transformation has been INCREDIBLE! I've lost 120 pounds, and I'm only 5.8 pounds away from my original goal of 210 (I started at 348, and began working with Logan at 338 -- after two months of only losing 10 pounds using Zepbound). Logan instituted nutrition, walking, and strength training into my daily routines. I now prioritize my fitness program because he uses a light touch and slowly modified my behaviors.

For the last two days - I haven't logged my food during the day, but when I do it the next day the calories were within 50 +/- my daily goal and the macro ratios were respectable. I even ate out for lunch one of the days. To me that says I'm gaining a habit where I internally understand my portion sizes and the mix of the core nutrients (carbs, fats, and proteins).

I walk multiple times a day usually in twenty to thirty-minute intervals and typically achieving 10,000+ steps a day.

Lastly I work out 2 - 3 times a week.

All of these behaviors took time, and were slowly added to my routine. I have a full-time job (in fact I own my own small company with four employees/contractors), amongst other key aspects of my life that keep me very busy.

I'm so grateful to Logan and how he has helped me to make lifelong behavioral changes. I just signed up for my second full year. I'm thinking of targeting another 15 pounds (to get rid of the last of the subcutaneous fat round my middle) and we plan to focus on more muscle definition to help with the body shape as well.

I highly recommend his services to anyone that asks me. He doesn't use a traditional 'fitness trainer' model where you pay hundreds of dollars per week and only focus on the training aspect. He does full-life coaching to accomplish significant changes in how you interact with your health and wellness.

I will be turning 61 in a few months and this is the best I've ever felt, and the last time I was this lean I was 20 years old.

Not only a coach but a life coach too

Logan was an amazing help with working out and helped me lose a whole heap of weight and not only this Logan was also a life coach in a way and helped me grow some self confidence and get a lot of personal issues I was facing resolved. Further to this a large amount of time was done during Melbourne's longest lockdown so was still able to help while not having access to a gym. Cannot recommend Logan highly enough.

With Logan's help I'm getting so much fitter

Logan is great, really friendly and personable, putting me at ease about starting a my fitness journey. He is great at encouraging you to do well but doesn't act like a Sergeant-Major barking orders at you which is fantastic. The community He's created with other guys in the same position as me is wonderful. There's no judgement, just encouragement.

Logan's weekly check-ins, monthly educational calls and social hours are a good way to connect with Logan and others, you can always learn from each other.

Logan is great at listening to feedback about workouts so that he can find the best exercises that will work for you.

I worked with Logan for over a period…

I worked with Logan for over a period of time until I ran into some health issues beyond my control. Logan was always available and very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. I actually saw some great gains working with Logan prior to the health issues. Another interesting aspect about working with Logan is that he actually cares about each of his clients. A man of integrety!

I always thought having a trainer was a…

I always thought having a trainer was a luxury but I am getting older, my pants were getting tighter, and I saw Logan’s videos about fitness for men over 40. There are a lot of guys out there trying to get us older guys as clients, but Logan seemed different. The problems he talked about for guys over 40 were happening to me, stress, nutrition, gaining weight…so I got brave, took a chance, and got his initial fitness info. I talked to him and told him I was hoping to lose 20 lbs and maximize my weekly workout routine. Nine months later, by following Logan’s plan and meeting at least weekly with him, I’m down 55 lbs, building lean muscle, eating differently, and feeling more confident than ever in my life. Working with Logan is one of the best decisions I’ve made, I recommend to guys over 40 that want a change but you’ve never had a trainer or don’t know if you can follow an exercise plan, be brave and try Logan out. He’s a good guy and you def won’t be sorry!!

Superior not Senior Citizen Body

I’ve been training with MF for 6 months in which time I have toned up my body a lot and I feel really good. Eating much better and more aware of what my body needs than anytime before. I’m 61 but look and feel a lot younger since starting with MF. Logan is a very conscientious dedicated trainer.
