Working with Big Easy has been so easy. I've had two meetings with my provider/doctor, which have also gone well. I've had horrible experiences with a few weight loss sites but I feel safe with Big Easy.

Big Easy provides legitimate care. I was treading in an ocean of opportunists trying to manage my hormonal weight, (I'm looking at you Henry Meds) and here I have an actual *Doctor who is actually *available and actually *cares about ethics and her patient's well-being. Thank you Dr. Lee! Today is April 22 and I have safely lost 20 pounds since December 16.

Top notch customer service since day one. It’s a company local to the New Orleans area. The compound pharmacies Big Easy works with are the best as well! Plus their shipping is overnight and if anything is ever wrong, the Big Easy Krewe will make it right. My physician is amazing and you can tell he genuinely cares about the people he cares for. Not to mention the cost compared to other mediocre sites…I’d sign up again with Big Easy in a heartbeat!

Big Easy has a team that genuinely cares about their patients’ health and satisfaction. They have been nothing but responsive, transparent, and helpful throughout the start of my journey as their patient. Having switched from another telehealth provider, I am thrilled with Big Easy’s level of service and care. I have interacted with both the front line care team and a Doctor and all have been so thorough and helpful. I nearly never write reviews but others deserve to know that this is a reputable company that puts its patients first.

I have used other telehealth services but my very best experience has been with Big Easy. Knowing they are using 504B pharmacies is worth every extra penny. Please know that "cheaper" is not always better....especially with compounding facilities. I have full faith in using Big Easy Weight Loss.

I have been with big easy weight loss for about three months and the results are outstanding. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. They take their time and answer all of my question. If you’re looking to lose weight, this is a great company to with.

Ok so after three months on the meds I didn’t lose much weight but didn’t gain any either. Appetite suppression was not good and I constantly craved sweets. Customer service was great but signed up for three months and they tried to charge me for a fourth month so be careful with that. Overall they are reputable and honest people but I think all of these companies can be a bit shady when it comes to the financial part. I went with a cheaper company and found the appetite suppression to be much better. Good luck Big Easy!

Love, love, love Big Easy! I grew up in New Orleans so it was nice to support these folks from my hometown. I started in October and have lost 10% of my body weight. Their pharmacy is top notch and goes through extra quality controls, which was important to me. And Big Easy has been there providing great customer service whenever I've had questions or issues. Highly recommend!

I am so glad that I saw their FaceBook post and joined Big Easy Weight Loss! Whenever I have sent a message to David he replies quickly. I have had a lot of questions, he has always explained things thoroughly. In 3 1/2 months I have lost 40.6 pounds. I have tried every other diet under the sun and this medication makes it so that I am not hungry and I do not have cravings.
