I am deeply dissatisfied with the…

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and product I received from Dope Doctors regarding my weight loss medication. Despite placing my order on the 24th of June & receiving it in a timely manner on the 26th, the condition of the medication was highly concerning. The package arrived at an unusually high temperature, which prompted me to contact their customer service for clarification on the integrity of the product.

After multiple attempts to communicate, I was informed that the medication was still safe to use, despite the questionable storage conditions. However, upon opening the package today, I discovered a discrepancy in the quantity provided, as it only contained barley enough medication for a single injection, whereas my treatment plan required 2 injections per week. This oversight has severely hindered my ability to begin my treatment as scheduled & has left me feeling distressed and misled.

My efforts to rectify this situation through both phone & email communication have been met with a lack of urgency & response, which further exacerbates my dissatisfaction. Given this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Dope Doctors to others seeking medical assistance for weight loss. I strongly suggest that individuals looking for reliable & professional treatment consider alternative, more reputable providers to ensure the quality & efficacy of their medication.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Dope Doctor. I purchased semaglutide injections for weight loss, and despite being on a high dose, I saw results only during the first two months. After that, the medication seemed completely ineffective. I later switched to another provider and started seeing real progress again—even with half the dose I was using with Dope Doctor. This tells me the compound they use is likely poor quality or improperly formulated. It was a complete waste of money, and I regret trusting them with my health and weight loss journey.

The company needs to fix their…

The company needs to fix their communication problem. They don't call on the set time that we schedule on the app. Its hours later and the chat doesn't work either. I call leave voice mail and days go by with no return call back. But ill say Cassie called me back 2 hours after my appointment time and when you do get in touch with someone from Dope Doctors they are very kind and willing to help. Getting to that point of speaking to a person is very very very difficult and i mean difficult.

I have been using them for 2 months

I have been using them for 2 months. The response when sending a chat is almost nonexistent. I have been advised several times that is how I need to communicate and still nothing days later. Also my first month of meds I lost 13lbs and second month have lost nothing. They didn’t increase my meds for the second month. So I feel like I have wasted my money. Considering going somewhere else.
