Meds show up on time every month. I take my dose every Monday. I currently weigh 7 lbs less then I did 29 years ago when I graduated from the police academy. Back to workingout and feel the best I have felt in 30 years.

Horrible from the beginning! I only wanted 3 months and they kept pushing to extend. They simply order from the cheapest pharmacy and ship. Nothing inside that says it's from Fella and no instructions. Three different shipments and three different suppliers and syringe types! Also no clear communication on upping my doses. First shipment was two weeks late. Promised to extend for my trouble then went back on their promise! Some emails here and there and good follow up on text when I reach out. Otherwise read up online and save money and just order and do it yourself! I should have lost more weight by now had my doses been correctly explained!

Expectations are customer service, and they did a very poor job of setting expectations in the beginning, and so as my weight loss was virtually nil in the beginning I reached out to them and that is when they said; "oh, yeah, your weight loss will start out very slowly". The weight loss continued to be be less than expected, including not hitting any of the goals they set. My goal was 10% weight loss, half of what they claim is to be expected. After 6 months I still had not hit the 10% loss goal, and wanted to pause the subscription to see what would happen to my weight, a week later I received an email saying my meds would be shipping soon. so I called and found out I had been charged $449.00 several days before the email was sent. No notice, no option to buy several months at a time to reduce the pricing, all after putting the subscription on pause. The charge was reversed and a meeting was set up a week and half later to determine my intention to continue or cancel. I then received text messages from someone else at Fella that was responding to my communications about their poor service. This mentioned a tapering strategy to come off the meds slowly vs. cold turkey. She said she wanted to see of she could get me a price break due to my poor experience, and never reached back out. During my call with her, she asked for me to log into my account, and she was surprised when I could not, she looked into it and said, I see they have closed your account. A week later I saw they charged my account another $449, and now their phone lines are down, and they do not respond to texts. FRAUD!!!

Fat loss is moving in the right direction. It has slightly slowed down but, looking forward to the continuing of the fat loss while increasing strength, energy, and focus.

I am 76 years old but still want to look less fat. I have been on Fella for about 4-5 months. I have lost 30 lbs and hope to lose another 10.

I had lost my account and was unable to sign on. The support group was able to keep my meds coming and help me get back on track. Very few side effects. I have not started an exercise program but plan on doing some when I reach my goal.

Very disorganized. Cannot get a clear answer from anyone at Fella.

When I first joined, Fella delayed shipping my prescription for a month. Meanwhile I am paying a monthly fee.

Then Fella said they handle all refills, but when I was almost complete with the first prescription no one had reached out. I contacted them and they said yes they would send it ASAP so that I do not miss a weekly dose. It has been two weeks now and nothing has shipped. Again very difficult to get a clear answer from anyone at Fella.

I now have no prescription, and missed a weeks dose. Avoid Fella Health if you value you time and personal health.

My experience so far has been great! I really like that fact that I have had no side effects except losing lbs. that I have been trying to lose for years. I still have some ways to go to reach my goal weight, but I am seeing results, and I am very encouraged that I will get there.

Started a diet program with another company and had constant problems with late or no medication deliveries and getting charged for services not received. I switched to Fella and the website is much more user friendly and have had no issues with deliveries or false charges. They have provided much better service.

August I turned 60. I was 282, high BP, diabetic type 2 and 2 very bad knees. Today I am 215.3 almost no high BP and my A1C is a 7.9. Knees feel way better and I’m sure I’ve put off double knee replacement from right now to 3-5 years. I’m rating this at 98%. It would easily be 100+% if we could work together on the cost side. Thanks again for your continued support and great service!
