Positive Weight Loss

I researched several weight loss websites and submitted three questionnaires. All three answered my inquiries. When Get Thin MD contacted me and asked me whether I was interested in losing weight and I said yes, I was told I need to answer more questions. 1½ hours later we finished. They know more about me than my regular doctor. I was contacted two days later, approved. They gave me a choice what I wanted, the monthly price, a monthly review by the doctor, and a monthly phone call asking me how I am doing. I believe this company warrants your consideration. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this company. I believe they truly care about their clients.

If you enjoy being double billed and waiting, GetthinMD is for you!

I’ve ordered from GetthinMD (GetthinUSA) four times and three of those times were bad experiences. To be fair I will say the first time I ordered from them the process was smooth - they charged me and within 6-7 days I had my medication arrive. But the 2nd month obviously the price increased by $150 but that wasn’t the problem. They billed me $350 twice taking 11 business days to reverse the double charge. The 2nd time also took about 12 days to receive the medication. The 3rd month they took longer. The final 4th month they charged my card and held the money for 8 days and the Rx was never sent to a pharmacy. It just sat there in limbo - turns out they don’t have any pharmacies willing to work with them anymore and they’re in negotiations with other pharmacies. So this company will collect and hold your Money indefinitely without the ability to deliver their product.
***helpful hint I Tried Priority Meds and they have given me Zero issues and fast delivery of effective medication.

So I have been with Get Thin for a…

So I have been with Get Thin for a while. Normally ordering and delivering is extremely easy and no hassle. This month has been neither of those. It has been the most difficult/complicated process. Talked to service rep on 6/25 and after 45 mins we were disconnected. On 6/27 I called back and the rep stated that the 2 orders were not actually processed so she was going to assist. I was on a 6m supply and I wanted to continue on the 3 month supply. She stated she placed 3 single orders and one order for 3 months. She told me that I should have the order delivered within a week. Over the next week I received multiple emails and calls. I noted that my credit card had 5 charges (pending) 6/25-349 and 499. And then 6/27 1,147/349/349. I called a service rep and she was to cancel the 499 order so I would still have a 6 month supply. I received multiple messages via patient portal about my medication being refilled, after they asked dose and last shot. The provider then ordered 13.5mg, I asked several times why 13.5 when I have been on 15mg and have been tolerating fine. I am a little concerned that these questions are also asked during ordering along with requesting does. I was then asked again and changed to different dosage without and explanation. On 7/3 I received 5 phone called from Get thin stating my payment was not processed. I talked to one service rep that stated that she could see one payment for 349/349/1147. That these labels were printed and awaiting to be filled. She stated that she would refer me to another member to make sure and that she would call me back. Robin then called me and stated also that she saw the same 3 charges and that all labels have been printed and they should be delivered and shipped shortly. Robin is also the service rep that I talked to about canceling the 499 order. She did cancel both charges on 6/25 so I would be only getting a 5 month supply rather than 6months. I told her to leave it at this time. She ensured me that the labels have been printed and they would be shipped shortly. My credit card on 7/3 stated an approved charge for 349/349/1147 change. Around 1530 I get a message stating that again there was a payment issue. I called back being the 6th time, stating I just talked to someone about this. They again assured me that the labels were printed and awaiting pharmacy to fill and ship. So now 7/4 I was on the phone with yet again another service rep for over an hour stating that they needed to update my payment because one of my 349 payments have not been accepted. I stated the facts above. This rep told me that the labels were printed for one of the 349orders and the 1147 order- not filled by pharmacy and not shipped. He then tells me that the second 349 order needs a new form of payment (which there is no reason why it was not placed as prior on same card) and that in fact the provider still has not addressed the order and that the label was not printed. I am confused and frustrated and very concerned that this is not the normal process or customer service that I have received prior. Normally the process is seamless and easy. It’s a list of questions, provider approval and shipped. Provide normally within 24 hours and shipment normally 2-3 days after and to me in less than a week. It has been a week and I still have nothing. Provider gave 13.5mg with no explanation on the decrease, I would prefer to stay on the same dose. It appears that everyone that I talk to has a different answer. The last service rep told me that he would reach out to provider support to address this last order but yet another rep would be contacting me.
