Life changing

I have been taking this medication for about 7 months and it has completely changed my life. I have PCOS, and it was impossible for me to lose weight. I lost 60 lbs so far! Amble made it possible

It was my 1st month on this plan & I don’t feel any difference. I have been on semiglutide for about 8 months prior to changing to this plan & was having a lot of success. Hopefully this next months shipment I will see some results🤞🏻

Avoid at All Costs

Was happy to take my money. When I entered my PO Box as the ship to, I got a message requesting another address. So I sent the new address. Never got another repo as. Messaged the “doctor” told to contact support. Emailed support nothing. Had to dispute the cc charge never got my RX

Life changing

I have been using this product for 5-6 months now, and my first couple months were somewhat of a struggle to stop the urge to want to eat. Once I got into a higher dose, that lessened and I started seeing the loss! I still have days that I want to eat, but I haven't drank pop since day 1 and the desire for sweets is almost zero! I crave things like almonds and dried cranberries now!
At time the website has frozen up on me when doing my monthly review and has caused me to not be aware that my review wasn't completed leading to having to go back and finish then have my injection date change. But it's all minor things for the results that follow!

It only gets worse

Initially I thought it was a good company. But 6 months later, customer service takes 2 weeks to respond. And you will wait another 2 weeks if you respond to their last message. Doctors change dosages and send to pharmacy without your review. So if you think amble is great they suck! Im done with them. Cancelled all scripts and no longer want their shitty service.

Poor Customer Service, fraudulent charging

Poor, AI generated customer service. Fraudulent charging. First order went smoothly, and I was pleased initially. When it was time for my second order, they charged my credit card, and still have yet to send the medication. When I inquire about it they only provide an automated AI response.

I've been a member for almost a year

I've been a member for almost a year. In the beginning, I got immediate response and shipments, lately these have slowed down. Sometimes a day or two goes by before I hear something and it can be a week or more before my order is shipped. Now that I know, I just plan ahead. There was no real instruction for how to actually give myself the medication when I started but thankfully there are tons of YouTube videos out there and I had no trouble. All in all I'm pretty happy with the results and the company so I'll stick with them.

Everything is fast and to the point

Everything is fast and to the point. They were able to start me in the dose I was in with another clinic just needed to send my previous RX. For the price and the notification when your medication is in its way. Can’t beat that.

Great Products, Bad Service

I really like the products, when they actually get delivered. My biggest complaint is the processing, shipping and costumer service.
When I first signed up the medication came quick, after that it took so long to get my next dose. I had a gap of 2 weeks without taking it.
I ordered other meds from them too but they took weeks to actually ship and one still hasn’t been processed or delivered.
They are quick to charge me but not quick to ship out the meds.
I understand the Tirzepatide was gonna have some trouble with everything going on but for the other meds it shouldn’t be like this.
When I try to contact them, half the time it’s in circles or it just takes a week to answer a simple question.
If they hired more staff to handle all this they could be an amazing company but for now they are lacking. Gonna finish out my current plan with meds and we’ll see if I continue it after that. Really want to continue working with them but they need to fix their issues first.

I have been with Amble since April of 2024 and have lost 100lbs. They have been great! I have NEVER had any problems with ordering, no delays, prompt deliveries. They are a 10 out of 10 in my book. I have recommend Amble to everyone I know that wants to start losing.

Amble is not responding and not shipping medication that they've already been paid for!

I don't think I've had a more terrible experience with a company that claims to provide health-related services. DO NOT ORDER from Amble. I cannot caution you enough. They are literally not responding to any messages on the customer support portal on their website, and they are not shipping medication orders that customers have already paid for. I regret making the decision to switch from Lily Direct to Amble, in an attempt to stretch my FSA funds for additional months of Tirzepatides.

I selected a 6-month plan (biggest mistake), and financed through Affirm. I received the first half (3-months of medication) of my plan at 7.5mg in early April. I lost no weight after having consistent weight loss over four months while taking Zepbound from Lily Direct. My primary care physican decided it was time for me to move to the 10mg. I reached out to Amble on May 14th to have the dose increased. They touted that they are the same price 7.5mg and above. So this should be a simple quick change is what I thought. Today, is July 5th and I've still gotten no change and no medication and no one has ever responded to my messages sent through the support portal on the Amble website. I emailed as well and three people have responded with responses that make no sense and don't help me, with the last person delivering a response that was out of this world rude and disrespectful. I've submitted a dispute with Affirm and have provided them with screen shots of all communications. They need to be held accountable.

Hear me loud and clear - DO NOT ORDER FROM AMBLE.

No customer care

Customer service is practically non existent and doesn’t respond in a timely manner nor do they address your concerns. They shorted me 2 1/2 weeks on my last refill and suggested that after 6 months of using their product correctly that I didn’t use the proper dosage. There’s no phone number and no resolution as my response has gone unanswered.
