I ordered a set of insoles.  They are not going to work for me, so I want to return them.  The website states that you can return items within 30 days, however, there is no way to actually do a return.  The only means of communication is an unmanned chatbot on the website.  When you ask about returning an order it gives you an email address to use for initiating returns.  The problem is that any email sent to this address bounces back as undeliverable.  There is no other email or phone number on the site to contact them for help.  So, this is either a case of maliciousness, or incompetence.  Either way, I just flushed fifty bucks down the toilet and have a pair of lumpy insoles that I can't use.

Was a member at one branch in Greenfield, Wisconsin and I moved and they transferred my membership to another branch In Franklin, WI without my consent. Also they auto-renewed my contract WITHOUT my consent weeks after I contacted them several times expressing my desire to cancel. I stopped by in person several times during business hours at both locations which was a drive for me and every single day I went there was nobody there, can almost never get ahold of anyone on the phone, and their online portal is busted beyond belief. Finally I get a reply by email weeks later concerning my cancellation and they tell me I need to pay to cancel. They gave me account info and directed me to another online portal to pay and be rid of this and the online portal said I owe $0. So at this point I attempted to pay and I was unable to because their account information was incorrect. So now months later I have collections calling me for this phantom account that I have with them asking for ~$180. And its now hitting my credit. So basically, I call you regarding cancellation and you ghost me, I try to pay when you contact me about debt and you ghost me, so now I ghost you?? Stay far away from these guys their contracts are predatory and good luck contacting them if you want out.

I enjoy the gym - however this morning at gym on Ft. Caroline Rd. Jacksonville, Florida, on my way out the door, I asked the male Latino worker, what time do they open? with a frown, he rudely responded, " the times are on the door - read it." The other worker, Rachel , overheard him and professionally responded. This has caused me discomfort going there among rude employees. His response was not necessary.

I placed an order based on what was available on the website and paid for the items in good faith. Two days later, I received the phone message from Kate wanting to talk to me about my order. Since I’m several hours behind their time, when I called back, I only received a voicemail. So I left a message. The next day, Kate called once again but left a more detailed message to tell me that they were out of two items that I ordered. I called back and left a message letting her know that if you’re out of those two items just refund me for those two items, and send everything else. Crickets. The next day I called them and spoke with someone. They told me that if I want a refund for those two items that they were out of, I would have to pay a 2% chargeback fee. I thought that was ridiculous because I paid for the items based on the fact that it showed ‘a(chǎn)vailable’ on their website. If they are out of it, they should just give me a refund and send everything else. The person on the phone told me that was out of his control, and he would have to speak with someone else about it. I asked him what was my alternative and he said maybe you can pick out something else on the website that you want. I thought that was ridiculous because I already took time out to choose what I wanted. If they don’t have what I need they shouldn’t charge me money to get a refund. He said he would get back to me. it’s been a week. I have not heard back from anyone. I emailed, no reply. I called and left a message, no reply. Based on the other negative comments, it seems that their communication is not very good and if they can’t send me my items, they need to give me a full refund and I will not plan on ordering from them in the future. At this point, I don’t know if or when they will be sending anything to me because they haven’t updated me on anything by email nor a phone message. 

Len is extremely helpful with making sure his customers are satisfied. I highly recommend the pod company over any its competitors!!

I agree with what many others have said. Rejuva Fresh makes a good product that allows us practitioners to make a more profitable future for ourselves. We've had a fantastic experience working with them. Machine quality, training and results are all five stars.

until now i haven't use the treadmill because i am waiting for the Hand Rail. My balance is not good so i need that. For now that is my only concern the Hand Rail ;) 

It was just easy to use. I loved the open test. All the video were so helpful. I also loved how organized the practice test were so I could knock them out little by little.
