Keep it moving

I was speaking to someone on a Zoom call and I asked her what she was doing low and behold she was on a walking pad. I immediately did a Google search and found DeerRun. The price point was good, on sale, got a letter of medical necessity because of a condition and it was covered by my insurance HRA account, easy to put together and store. A little noisy but not too bad. I also purchased the standing computer desk and mat. I do not like the apps it is annoying all of the pinging to up sale the service. I figured out how to shut if off.

Treadmill had problems from the start…

Treadmill had problems from the start and quit working after I had had it for one week. Their customer service is hard to reach. It’s only by email. They are very courteous though and the rep did their best to help me. They are supposed to replace my treadmill however I’ve not received any notice of when or if it will ship. Overall not a great experience.

Deer Run Under Desk Walking Pad

Overall, I am very happy with the Deer Run Walking Pad. I had a little trouble with the treadmill belt slipping left then right. After a few adjustments as detailed in the instructions I was able to fix it. For the price, I think it is durable and fits my needs perfectly.

Easy ordering, good product!

Easy ordering. Good pricing. Fast shipping! I got this as a gift for my wife, and she loves it. She's been using almost everyday. She says it's easy to use. We both don't care for how you need to use the order number to use the app to even start the machine the first time, but since we don't plan to re-home it any time, it's not a big deal to us. Overall we're very satisfied with the ordering experience as well as the product.

Highly Recommend! Great Quality at a Great Price.

I'm pretty skeptical about ordering larger items or equipment off the internet, especially when I find it via social media and it's this affordable. That said, I'm so happy with my Z10 Pro! It arrived within the week (I live in the woods, so that's impressive timing), and it was incredibly easy to set up. I'm a powerlifter and strength-focused athlete, so I'm not a light woman (roughly 175 lb on average). It's really sturdy, quiet and I'm impressed by the speed/incline it provides!

My one recommendation would definitely be to oil/lubricate the belt before using it. They provide it for you, and it definitely helps, as mine had a bit of drag when I first started on it.

Amazing price, great quality, came quickly, and I'm excited to keep using it for daily cardio!

PREDATORY COMPANY

My interactions with customer service started June 14. It is now July 3, almost 3 weeks later, and I still do not have a resolution.

I was so excited to try this brand. I signed up for emails and would watch the sales. Eventually, I was sent an email for what I thought was an incredible offer. Unfortunately, the treadmill I was sent was broken and dirty. I reached out to support and told them the troubleshooting I had done. I was sent back a list of directions to try- all of which I had already done, but I humored it and tried them anyway. It did not work.

Then, I was offered a $15 partial refund since the machine was dirty when received. I thought it was low but I wasn’t going to argue so I accepted it; however, the machine still wouldn’t work correctly, so customer service then changed it to a return and I would reorder the treadmill.

Now, it’s over two weeks later. The treadmill is 70+ pounds, I live in an area where a car is not necessary so I and my friends do not have them. Deer Run sent me a label for a free return, but I need a FedEx pickup. When I call FedEx, they tell me the return is free, but I have to pay for the pickup. I’ve told Deer Run this at least 5 times. Every time, I am told 1) either to call and try again (which I do and receive the same response), 2) told to have my friends/family pick it up (which I’ve explained is not possible) or 3) I am told I am being transferred to the correct department who can help. Once I am transferred, the person tells me to contact FedEx to set up the return.

I have asked them to set it up from their end a couple times and I will make sure I am available to hand it off to FedEx.

Please do not give them your money!! They will give you the run around for a return just to keep your money. They are predatory and gross.

Quality equipment at a Great Price

I was shopping on the internet for a piece of exercise equipment and came across the DeerRun Q1 Classic Pro Walking Pad. It seemed to be the perfect size compared to large treadmills and the price was really nice.

When I received the equipment, I was immediately impressed by the quality of the construction and its design. It was easy to put together (required only minimal assembly essentially limited to the support bar) and it is easy to operate. Its relatively light weight allows me to move it anywhere for use.

After receiving some excellent assistance from a kind gentleman in customer support I was off and walking on my new machine.

I consider my DeerRun machine to be an excellent purchase and I am looking forward to using it to help me achieve my health goals.
