Poor customer service
I am definitely not sure where all of these good reviews are coming from! As far as the equipment, it is fine. As far as the customer service, it is terrible. They say they are in America but everything comes from overseas, including the training. They say you will receive protocols, but you don't. They say you will receive a certificate of training, but you don't. Think strongly before buying from this company!

They are the obvious choice
For me it's all about results and return on investment. I don't know why so many physicians fall for the scam of paying $200k or more per machine. There is really no need. Rejuva Fresh machine perform equal if not better and they actually give us good service also. No brainer.

Happy we started with these machines

Just got things setup after placing my order. They sent over the manual and a video that really helped while I was unboxing and going through the parts. I opted into the included training and looking forward to that and finally getting hands-on with the machine.

EMStrong pelvic chair has already help many of our patients regain their confidence in short time. The equipment is very professional in appearance and the results don't take long. After just a few sessions incontinence is improved and the core muscles are obviously stronger. Rejuva Fresh has also been very supportive. Rejuva Fresh is the best supplier
We're just getting started and needed many machines. We couldn't afford to spend $150K per machine but we wanted, needed good quality. That's why we chose Rejuva Fresh - they're US based with reputation for great quality and support, but the prices are also within budget. There was no way I was going to order these machines direct from China because I know the quality and support will not be there. This is our new business and we need all the support we can get and assurance that everything going to really work! So far we are super happy. We got emshape, hydra 18 in 1 and plasma so far. Customer service always helps us right away everything performs excellent. Looking forward to ordering more soon.

Happy with the machines and training
I've worked with a couple well-known brands before, but Rejuva Fresh just felt more thought through. I'd say is the same, maybe even better. The way the device runs and how they do the training made sense. Even small questions, someone always replied and was polite and willing to help.
