The cable system on the Evolpow rack…
The cable system on the Evolpow rack broke with one month of light use. I contacted support, and they wanted a video, pictures, and then to respond it was ‘user error’ and no coverage. The steel is thin and feels flimsy, and it’s already chipped away. This company’s warranty is a ##### joke.

A Series of Failures: Broken Box, Slow Service and the Wrong Parts
Ordered a power rack and it was delivered with missing nuts and bolts and a scratched up barbell. The box was falling apart. Customer service was slow to get back to and sent me the wrong replacement parts. I was forced to purchase a few pieces of hardware from a local store in order to build it. Never again.

Wobbly Frame, Sticky Pulleys, and an Ignored Warranty Claim
The Evolpow I bought was bad and I couldn’t find compatible attachments. Customer service admitted they no longer support it but offered no solution. The rack itself is flimsy, and the paint started peeling after a month. Total waste of money.

Flimsy, Peeling Paint, and No Compatible Attachments Available
My order arrived with a cracked pulley and scuffed parts. The packaging was inadequate, with parts loose in the box. Customer service took a week to respond and sent a replacement pulley that was also damaged. This company’s quality control is nonexistent.

Shipped with Damaged Parts, and the Replacement Was Also Damaged
The rack is functional but poorly designed. The lever arms are a hassle to adjust, and the instructions are vague. I also received a damaged weight plate, but customer service was quick to send a replacement, so I’ll give them that. Still, the product quality doesn’t match the price.

Rust and Cracked Plates Are Considered "Normal" by This Company
The Evolpow smith machine looked good online, but the pulleys started squeaking after a week. The bolts are already showing rust, and one of the weight plates was cracked. Customer service said rust is ‘normal’ and not covered under warranty. For the price, I expected much better quality. Avoid this brand.

Terrible Quality Out of the Box, Made Worse by Customer Service
Received my with a bent frame right out of the box. The packaging was a mess, with torn plastic and no padding. Contacted customer service, and they took three days to respond, only to say I needed to provide a detailed video of the damage. After sending it, they claimed it was ‘installation error’ and refused a replacement. Terrible quality and even worse support.
