My purchase was on May 30,2025.My review was on June 16th when I received my items. At that time I give shapellx 1 star because the issues with mystery box and bundles. After a few emails back and forth shapellx offered me 30% refund which was unfair to me when I didn't receive any shapellx product.The items I received came from another company and delivered by DHL. I expressed my concern to shapellx. I have to say 😀shapellx fix the problem right a way. I spent 114.00 on my order. Shapellx sent me 4 items that are worth more then what I spent. Shapellx Also sent the items by a different company called Uniexpress received items 3 to 4 days. I have to say if you are patient with the emails shapellx will correct the issue. I am forever a shapellx customer thank you Ophelia best customer service ever.❤️
