Ordered a pair of insoles after seeing many videos on instagram. I work 10-12 hours on foot daily. These insoles are a game changer! Great arch and heel support. Something you can’t get from walmart or target. My left insole leaked the gel inside. Emailed customer support and got a replacement right away. Thank you FPinsoles you have a costumer for life!

I had bought a PEMF machine from this company to use on my neck stenosis. It was because of this machine I was able to avoid an injection and meds. Before I use it I always check the magnet pulse, it was then I found a couple of jacks for the magnets had stopped working. I contacted the customer service to explain the situation. The customer service was very attentive. They resolve the situation in a timely mannor and to my satisfaction. In todays world were alot of places will just dance you around, they did not. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy,. which I am very grateful for.
