At first I thought your website was good. I found what I wanted, and placed the order. I received a verification notice with order number after I completed the order. The next day I received an update from you saying that my order was not completed. I clicked on the link send me back to my order and submitted it again. That part of the process was nice. But then without a notification of it being shipped I received two orders instead of the one. Both receipts from both packages had the dates from when I placed them. I did not want two Red Claw Crabs. But I got two, because of the notification I got saying that the first order was not completed, even though it obviously was. Receiving the notification and no IP on when I was going to receive the delivery I'M NOT HAPPY WITH AT All.


My dog Finn bonded with Jorge and he was so well cared for. This gave me much peace of mind. 

Ordered dog bed, money taken from credit card, no freight details received thus far, and no response from two enquiries to their support email address. Either a scam website or they're simply poor business operators. Wish we'd purchased locally. Avoid this business!

Box arrived opened and crushed.  Ice packs completely gone,  condensation left everything in box damp, fresh food was not cold or even cool, some of the food was with the dry food..... it happened to the first box,  too. I didn't report that as I thought it might have just been a fluke.  Membership canceled. 

I love the teeth cleaning powder I ordered. Shared some with family who have big dogs too.

I was very happy with the speed of my refund.  It was in my checking account within days.  Thank you!
