I love the product, however I might switch to a competitor because of cost. I’m spending over $300 a month on Ollie for one dog.

My dog loves this food. He is a 10 month old puppy. Waiting on his first vet visit this week to check his weight.

So far so good! Delivery is on time, my pup loves the food. So far customer service has been responsive. My only issue is that she is still suffering from allergic rashes and itching. We have used the Ollie probiotic chews for over a month now and have seen no improvement. Same for the skin and coat supplement provided by Ollie. There has been no improvement in her skin or coat.

The first box I received arrived thawed, but the customer service was good and they sent me a new box that was frozen. My dog loves the food and it's been good for his stomach, so I would use this service again in the future.

Ever since I tried Ollie with my furbabies it has made a difference for them they get so excited especially my oldest to eat again!! Love watching him run to eat!

I’ve been trying several pet food delivery services. Hands down Ollie is the one we will stay with. Unbelievable customer service and quality products. We were missing a couple items from our most recent delivery. Customer service had our products delivered within 2 days. Easy to use app and our pets LOVE their mealtimes!

I just started my membership and received my first box. All the food was u thawed. So I called and company made apologies and sent another box. This time only half of the box was thawed. Again, they wanted to replace the 2nd box. I just received the 3rd box and again have the box was thawed. I have no faith about getting food I can use to feed my dogs

I had a lot of questions to start out with and had a few snafus on the website but spoke to Ollie on the phone and got the help I needed. The food started arriving on schedule and two months in I find my dog Woody doing really well on his new diet.

Food shows up on time and my dog doesn't even chew. It's gone in about 3 seconds. Then he looks at me like, "Well, are you going to give me a treat, too?" He l8ves the food and treats.

Watching the UPS Truck go round and round. I saw he was in our neighborhood then he wasn't. He went a couple of miles away then came back. Like who programmed the schedule??

Hopefully puppers will like this because it has been difficult to get him to eat.

Stevie, like other representatives for Ollie I’ve dealt with, was awesome at helping me with my issue. The few times I’ve had any problems with Ollie in the past 2+ years I’ve used them they’ve always gone above and beyond to fix or help the situation.

I appreciate the detailed information included on Ollie's website, the ease in navigating a subscription account and the exceptional support I received from their customer service team, being able to speak with both a service rep and an Ollie nutritional advisor on Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend! I was impressed by my phone call being answered quickly, in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner! Already on a freeze-dried raw food diet, I look forward to transitioning my dogs' to Ollie's fresh food which I trust will be healthy as well as tasty. Thank you!

everything comes in a box that is in one piece. the only thing that would make it better if you would put dry ice on the bottom of the box my last order came and some of the food on the bottom was staring to thaw .

Shipped by UPS instead of Fedex. I was not damaged like FedEx packages are. I like the heads up you give to make sure one of us is home. Well done!
