This was my first time booking anything via Citezenshipper so at first I was hesitant. I went on a gave them a try and booked with one of the people that provided me a quote to transport my poodle puppy from Winchester, Tennessee to Virginia Beach, Virginia. The company Parker Rides the driver her name was Amber. She was the best very comforting and kept me updated and yeah her price to haul my bundle of joy was great. I highly recommend citizen shipper and Parker rides Amber.

We needed someone to drive our dog from Florida to nj , and I heard about Citizen Shipper.com. It’s a great way to connect with lots of drivers! We ended up with one who lived near here and it worked out VERY WELL! Emailed the company and right away lots of drivers got in touch when I put my details of what I needed in!

CitizenShipper helped to connect me with an excellent transporter. I did have to sift through some options that seemed not very good or not the right fit. However, once I found Nichole with Wandering Bones LLC, she was amazing! I was very anxious about transporting my two large Rhodesian Ridgebacks (93 Ibs and 112 Ibs) from California to South Carolina. My male is very sensitive and reactive to other dogs, and my female is very much a princess. Nichole gave me a very reasonable rate, was super communicative, and got my dogs transported safely within just a few days! The pups felt safe with her immediately upon meeting her. She sent frequent photo and location updates during their potty breaks, and I could tell they were comfortable and well cared for. They arrived on schedule and settled right in to their new home. I could not be more grateful for Nichole's excellent care, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Honestly, transporting my dogs with Nichole was the least stressful part of my cross country move!

Hello, I had Arkie's Ark Pet Mobile transport my new dog from the United States to Canada. She delivered him exactly on the day she promised. She also kept me updated on my dog's well-being. It was a pleasure to have someone that truly cares for animals. Should I adopt any other animals to transport, I would definitely ask her to help me again.

Hired a pair is "flight nannies" to fly two cats. Suddenly I was told 300 miles of the trip wasn't going to be flown, but "possibly driven or on a bus with one person" Obviously I did not move forward with this transport. Citizenship cancelled that shipment so that I could look for a replacement and assured me if for their fee for new shipment was less, I would get a refund for the difference. I gave up and drove the cats myself. All I asked of CitizenShipper was my fee paid directly to CitizenShipper back. And was told it was my fault for canceling and no refund would be issued.
