Ne recommendation, long shipping, bad quality, no replies

Shop did only partly respond to messages and shipping took weeks. Sales and codes are always existing there is no need for hurry but shop is pushing to buy. Quality is as well limited and I will try to return my article, hope at least this will work fine…
No recommendation at all! Very bad shopping experience.

Missing order & no communication

I placed an order on the 17th June and yet to receive my dog bed. I’ve tried emailing multiple times to support@ and customer@ as well as enquiring on Instagram but no response from any of these.

I want to know where my package is as the money has been taken out of my account.

Do not order from this website !!

Hi, just a warning to all after checking on Company’s house which is an official government website for companies in the UK it appears this company is either in liquidation or dormant.
I ordered a cool mat on the 20th June that hasn’t arrived. I have sent two follow up emails to check where this is - no response. Put the order number in on their website to track where it is and just says still confirming the order.
Looking through some of their responses on trip advisor it seems they are suggesting they have responded and that emails may have gone into spam. They don’t appear to be taking any responsibility and just suggesting to reach out again as they are there 24/7 but no response from emails!!
We have a double coated breed struggling in this heat and a further heatwave predicted. Have lost money and no cooling mat!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE

I made a purchase 10th May, a few weeks later I got an email asking for a review because it had been delivered on 12th June. However, it hadn’t been delivered and I found out it had been returned to them. The email correspondence to resolve this has been a nightmare. I requested a redelivery on 17th June, no response, emailed again on the 28th June asking for a refund and they emailed me back saying they were organising a redelivery… not what I ask for in the email. I emailed back straight away. No response. Emailed again 4th July, no response. At this point they’ve basically conned me out of money and I’m never going to get it back.

This is a SCAM , don’t use paypal either they will not help you



complete scam. Don’t use this site. I received a response on this site which indicated they were acting on my failed delivery. They created a ticket with australia post which has then failed to have any goods attached to it.

Awful service

Awful service placed a order 20th june, not received, tried to contact multiple emails messaging on social media, phone no response. I needed my order for travelling in a long car journey purchased what I thought in plenty of time. Would not recommend

I placed an order for a dog bed on…

I placed an order for a dog bed on 24/06/25 and have not yet received it. I have emailed them requesting an update and have not received a reply.
I really hope this isn't a scam!
Next step is to report to my bank!

HORRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Order #FF629312S, order confirmed on 26/06 and today (05/07) still no answers from either the Support team or the IG team regarding my order. IG automatic message says that a reply will be provided in less than 72 hours (what a joke). According to their confirmation email the order should have been shipped within 4 working days. I want a refund!

Edit: I received a generic reply after posting my review (red flag!), still no real help or concrete information. I still want a full refund.
