Would not recommend.... the worst customer service
I used it for only 2 weeks and it needed to be changed (I have 1 cat) I have emailed customer service 3 times and to date they haven't answered me back. So much for their satisfaction guarantee.

Long time client, sadly gone BUT will be back!
We've had Pretty Litter for many years. Best product by far and they make it easy to receive your package, change it out and even cancel when you lose your pet.
In our case, we had a more frequent order with bags when we had 2 cats of 11 years. Our first passed I'm 2022 and while saddened, Pretty Litter made it easy to adjust to the 1 cat need. Sadly yesterday lost our 2nd. Heartbroken and home, we had just received our next shipment.
We emailed to ask how tp cancel and if able to return. Din, responded in approx. 10 minutes, shared his condolences, showed care, canceled AND confirmed to say yes to return and he'd send a label. The whole exchange done in 30 mins and NEVER expected a cancel and refund as most companies try to lock you in and say so sad, but sorry.
We LOVED the product, as did our two feline family members. As we don't have a need now, we know we'll eventually get another cat or two and with it... Pretty Litter again. This is the best company by far and we so appreciate them!

Stopped my cat's UTI's

False claims!
Tried pretty litter and I had high hopes honestly but I am very disappointed. Out of all their advertisement claims only one was true which is it being dust free. They claim that it’s non clumping and it definitely did clump. It is supposed to be odourless but it made the whole box smell worse than ever!!! And the tracking is also horrible I could find pieces everywhere in my house. They also claim that a bag should last 2 months!!(big one) i used half of it and by the end of two weeks it’s completely unusable and nasty. Also its sad that they say its risk free as you can get a refund but then policy says only for unopened ones. how am i supposed to see if i like it and not open the bag?? I wanted to post my review on the website but there’s no option for that so I assume their own reviews are mostly fake. Definitely not using this again.
