This is my second experience with Pawrade. I adopted a second Pomeranian and again I couldn’t be happier! All my interactions with them were positive and helpful! My pup came from Missouri in a Van and was delivered to me clean, happy and healthy! Thank you Pawrade for a wonderful and no stress experience! I definitely recommend this company for dog adoption!

Every step of the way was so helpful, informative, and professional. Every person I came in contact with was so kind and helpful. My little Lucas arrived bright eyed and perfect, oh as well as overly cute!

I originally had an overall great experience with Pawrade as it was really a seamless experience. They did handle everything However, since my past review my poor Service Puppy was diagnosed with Hook worm and 24 hrs later he was diagnosed with Parvo’s Virus! Pawrade has NOT excepted responsibility for their actions as they made their money on the sale of the Puppy! They will NOT disclose the Puzzle Transportation Company or their contact info as I was informed by Pawrade that this is a done deal and they’re NOT responsible for any liability whatsoever.
My Old English Bull Dog and Service Animal almost died as a result of the negligence of Pawrade and the Puzzle Transportation Company out of PA! There were 10 other puppies on that transport vehicle which was shipped from a Breeder in Indiana.
I have been in contact with the Breeder and she is running a top notch Bully Breed Bull Dog Operation. After reviewing the file I find no liability on the Breeders part at all. I’m in the hole 16K dollars total to date for Emergency 24x7 vet care around the clock in ICU for 7 days! My wife and I were beside ourselves as it was an overall seamless experience until the nightmare started! It was touch and go for 7 days! I had conference calls with ER Vet Dr’s twice a day with updates.
Happy to report my Mr. Chubbs pulled through it and is a true warrior! He’ll be fine going forward but no family should every have to go through this! I’m just glad we had the resources to get him back onto the road to recovery!
I’m now filing a class action Law suit in the state of Indiana against Pawrade and the Puzzle Transportation Pet courier service bc there is no way that dog contracted that virus in my custody and care.
I feel bad that other families may be going through this now bc there is no way other puppies didn’t contract that virus on that transport van! What pisses me of the most is I even tipped the driver an extra 100.00 for taking such good care of my puppy! I’m so irate that now I’ll be suing everyone involved for triple damages as I only had him 4 days in my possession and I really needed him as I’m a retired LEO with 29 yrs of service and I needed him due to my disability!
Pls stay tuned and I would highly recommend if you purchase from Pawrade pls always get the Met Life Insurance and pls pls pls follow the agreement to the letter! They hold you accountable for a Vet check 72 hrs prior to departure and 72 hrs upon receipt of the puppy.
When you get the 72 hr wellness check always always always bring a stool sample and get them checked for any parasites, hook worm, heart worm and especially Parvo’s virus which is highly contagious in puppies! It attacks the their white blood cell count, their lower intestines and GI track and digestive system! I’m so glad we had caught this in time as he would be in a box next to my other 2 Large Bully Breed Dogs on the shelf!!!’
Stay tuned and if any one needs any info or what to do, I’d have you email for my info on my experience with them but Pawrade doesn’t allow you to post email addresses! Gee isn’t that convenient bc they also don’t take complaint calls and they don’t have the balls to discuss anything with you bc they’re NOT very professional. They’ll only take your complaints through email bc they all play keyboard warriors!
I’d be more than happy to shed some light on this case bc this is far from over my friends! If Pawrade thinks I’m just going to go away, they are sadly mistaken. I would also highly recommend you pay a Pet courier service/ Nanny to fly with them in the cabin and NOT the cargo area of the plane! It’s definitely worth the extra money and no other interaction with a load of puppies on a filthy Transport Van!
Thank you Pawrade for making our lives miserable but as stated today on a recorded line “ Pls contact your Legal Department bc the Law suits are forth coming!” and this is NOT a threat, it’s a promise!

Absolutely the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. I’ve bought three puppies from Pawrade and all three has brought us more joy than we could possibly imagine but this last one we lost our little girl after 18 years together and the new baby filled our hearts with joy thanks again for princess Charlotte we are forever grateful

My experience was fantastic everyone one from the sales department, to the customer service to the puppy conceirge, to the puppy express dispatch and even the drivers were all fantastic. Everyone answered all of my answers. Even if I thought they were silly no one made me feel that way. I got updates when I asked for it and when I thought I wasn’t getting an answer fast enough they inquired for me and got the results I was waiting for.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with Pawrade. Sometimes I would call, and the customer service people were nice and sometimes they were not nice. Rude & impatient. but I thought "Eh, what does it matter? As long as I get my puppy?" I drove from Colorado to NY state to get my puppy and while I did get the puppy I wanted, the breeder was awful. I heard no dogs barking when I got there. I was awkwardly left in their living room for over an hour, with various family members periodically peeking in to gawk at me. I did not feel comfortable at all. Then I finally did get my puppy & he was wet, someone clearly have given him a quick bath but it made me question whether he was in a pen somewhere, with his brothers and sister, lying in their filth.
It was very clear to me that this was just a way to make money to them. I was told to please follow up letting them know how to the puppy was doing or if I had any questions. I did email when I arrived back in Colorado to let them know the puppy was doing ok. never heard back...ever. I brought my puppy to the vet and the paperwork included a microchip number that did NOT match the microchip inside the puppy. All & all, it was a terrible experience, and I would not go back. I would not recommend going through them. Spend the extra time, money & do your research and find a reputable breeder yourself.

Ok so full disclosure. I never write reviews...like ever. I have to make an exception for Pawrade though. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had getting a new pet. I'll admit that I was skeptical at first. I've never bought a dog without meeting them first. But there's always a first for everything I suppose. I have always wanted a golden retriever. There's just something about the breed that I love. So after getting scammed on Facebook I did some research and found Pawrade. I found a puppy I liked so I sent them a message to ask about him. They were quick to message back and seemed happy to answer all of my questions. After I purchased my puppy they constantly kept me informed about the status of the process. Each message was sent personally by a real person and not some computer generated response. I was surprised when some of them gave me their cell phone numbers if I needed to get ahold of them after hours. They took care of all the legwork between me and the breeder which saved me a ton of time. I didn't have to do much at all. They sent me the documents I needed through email so all I really had to do was schedule a pickup time with the breeder. The breeder was also fantastic. We talked for about an hour or so about dogs. This was obviously not a puppy mill. He took great pride in what he was doing. Wonderful guy all around. He asked if we could exchange phone numbers so I can send him some pictures of the pup growing up which I was totally on-board with. Again, he actually cares about these dogs. It was a positive experience from start to finish. I now have my dream dog and could not be happier. I will 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone. Hope this review helps you make your decision.
