Awful company. Booked a campsite for my kids and I. Thought we were going direct with company. When I realised the mistake I had made, I cancelled within seconds, and contacted them. Now, due to their cancellation policy, we are hundreds of dollars out of pocket, no refund and no holiday. Disgusted at my treatment. This Single mum of 4, does not have $900 to throw away??. A little bit of empathy or kindness or understanding, would’ve been nice

The worst company by far! It feels like it's run by clueless teenagers who are just reading off a script. I sent evidence that the room I booked in a shared flat was entered into without my knowledge and consent by three different people on top of a range of other issues, which was acknowledged by the call handler who told me it's wrong. Then they spent 3 days ''investigating'' asking me to repeat everything all over again to 3 different people, mad a decision taking the host's side and couldn't even bother to explain why. I'm just given their decision and the case is closed. They communicate through links. The link to their T&C states unauthorised entry into the rented premises is prohibited. Yet, they rule out in favour of the host with no explanation whatsoever. I won't even begin to describe the other issues which made me leave the place earlier losing money which they won't recover from the host. Their protection is non-existent. There's no cover, no insurance. You're on your own. It's all just a smoke screen. This is not the first issue I've had with Air Bnb over the years. But it is definitely the last as I'll never use Air Bnb again. Horrific!

I waited online for 1 1/2 hours. I was given a hotel that I didn't make reservations for. I'm not happy, but I'm going

 I booked a lodge for one week in Devon. I received a confirmation email  but then received a message from the host saying double booked. 

I have now discovered that the lodge is still available and still being advertised which means that this is likely to happen again.

I called them to inform company of this and my displeasure with their practices. Very amateurish. Wish that I had read their reviews and ratings beforehand.

Will not use again or recommend.

Our stay at Storey Lake was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment had all the amenities. My family loved it and we will definitely return. Score 1000.

I was disappointed that most owners I contacted did not respond. I’m even more disappointed that this company does not allow you to cancel your membership online. They instead use non customer friendly procedures that have you playing the email support game. This is anti consumer & designed to hook people into having subscriptions they pay for year after year while never using them.
