Room was € 133,- on the website of the hotel. On my creditcard it was € 212,- service and tax cost extra. Scam Company! Don’t no why this hotel is doing business with them. They one Booking.com Priceline, Kayak, Agoda en Rentalcars.com

Awful company. Booked a campsite for my kids and I. Thought we were going direct with company. When I realised the mistake I had made, I cancelled within seconds, and contacted them. Now, due to their cancellation policy, we are hundreds of dollars out of pocket, no refund and no holiday. Disgusted at my treatment. This Single mum of 4, does not have $900 to throw away😢. A little bit of empathy or kindness or understanding, would’ve been nice

Beware of this third party website for their deceitful and misleading practices. Probably partially my own fault for not realizing that I was redirected away from the Radisson website to hotelvalues. Within minutes, I realized that they charged me a $38 service charge I went to cancel it - and was told there are NO refunds. But it was 3 weeks before the reservation and was told NO cancellations although their cancellation policy also has conflicting statements. No use calling them - although they are very annoyingly pleasant and apologetic they will not reverse charges. I will go to my Chase bank to complain about the deceptive internet booking practices, maybe that will work. I hope you learn from my error - Beware of this third party site.

When making reservation for kimpton cottonwood in omaha ne, I thought I was on their website when booking.
Had up charges, but knew it was a nicer hotel. Hit the reserve button.
I am the fool. 791 for 2 nights booked in Oct 25. Out the money. Called to modify reservation. Non refundable.
HAD ZERO IDEA I WAS ON A 3RD PARTY SITE
CALL HOTEL MAINDESK DIRECTLY TO MAKE RESEVATIONS.
HAVE CALLED DISCOVER TO FLAG / STOP PAYMENT . They are unable to do anything , until it post.
Wish I had known inadvance. Looks like I am not alone in the game they play.
I would think the hotels would ban them from doing business.
Hotel values will do ZERO , I MEAN ZERO. THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT IF BUSINESS, AND FINED.

Beside an amazing commission on my hotel reservation, around 33%, the charged TWICE the entire amount.
I tried to contact them several times with negative results. I think they receive mail, but send back automatic 'undelivered' messages.

Luckily, after my flag to VISA/NEXI I could recover one of the two transactions as Hotel Value, to date, could not proof that double charge was legitimate.

Guys (Hotel Value I mean),
this is not the way to make business... be honest and reliable. Otherwise, you remain just what you have showed up to now... just a foul provider, and the evidence are the so many negative comments, not only in here. Like this, you will not last so long.

I booked a room in Ennis Ireland through this company.
They never told me about a high service charge which was the first issue.

Next. I go to the hotel address and discover it's not in Ennis as advertised. It's miles away.

Nobody answering.

Avoid. I have to contact credit card now.

Thought I was booking direct with Holiday Inn Express London Stansted but foolishly I failed to see the redirect.

Although my booking was confirmed this company charged £60 over the room rate. Lesson learned.

Scam website! Thought I was booking direct with guest house, however on payment they added over 30% of tax and service fees and said non refundable! I have reported to the guest house, who said they have never heard of them. They are reporting them as a scam company and I am now getting my credit card company to dispute this and get my money back.

DO NOT USE THEM. Like the other 99% of reviewers, I was tricked by this company. I thought I was booking with Bloc Hotels direct but taxes were added AFTER I hit Pay. I immediately asked for a refund which was denied. It's a rip-off.

I made a reservation directly with Hotel101 in Manila and proceeded with the payment. However, after confirming the payment, I received a confirmation email from a third-party email address, hotelvalues.com. Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed that my account was charged in US dollars, resulting in a total amount of $455.92 USD, which significantly exceeded the expected cost due to the currency exchange rate.

Following your cancellation policy, I promptly cancelled the reservation. Despite this, I have observed that the full refund has not been issued. Instead, I was refunded $164.02 CAD, which is far below the amount originally charged in USD.

Additionally, I have attempted to reach your customer service by phone using the contact number provided, but unfortunately, I have been unable to speak with a representative.
