Majestic Sands! This NEW home really is majestic with ALL the amenities you would expect and some you might not know you needed! The home allowed everyone to have their own space (Bath in every Bedroom a PLUS) and still have the benefits of a well equipped, chef-inspired kitchen and dining area for gathering together! Our family (9 of us - from ages 5 to 88) enjoyed it all--TV's in every Bedroom, loft and patio. Loved the pool! The "office area" for those who still have to work while on vacation, and "studio" above the garage were both great perks! Just a short golf cart ride to the Beach. Don't hesitate to stay at this home, the pictures don't do it justice! The property managers were very responsive to minor questions-concerns. Perfect family vacation spot!

Beach Reunion set us up in the Aegean, what a beautiful retreat to host our blended family for our wedding and family-moon vacation. Room for everyone, spacious common areas, plenty of parking spaces for our crew and the best pool and grill setting ever, complete with fireplace,TV and mini frig. We made lots of great memories there. A place that accommodated al ages from a queen suite on ground level for grandpa to spacious bedrooms for new mom and dad and 3 month old baby. Our family had our own in house wedding planners and chefs for a pre wedding brunch buffet at the house,wedding on the beach and back to the Aegean for our reception. Could not have asked for a more beautiful setting. Thank you Beach Reunion and in particular Beth!

We stayed at the Gray Whale in June 2025 and our experience was amazing! We loved the location right across from the beach and walking distance to ice cream, restaurants and shopping. The house was spacious and clean, and our favorite part was the backyard! The backyard had a huge pool, putting green, cornhole, firepit and a tv and we spent hours there hanging out with family. Will definitely rent this property again. Beach Reunion was very easy to work with and communicate with.

We loved the location of 1019 Summerhaven as the townhouse is directly beachfront. You literally walk out your back deck and are in the sand and the ocean is steps away. No frills in this unit with plain walls and dated furniture but we didn’t stay in the house except to sleep and shower anyway…the beach is where we wanted to be!

We rented Touched by the Sun and it was a great place for our family. We had plenty of room for the whole family - which was 16. The place was one block to the beach and was perfect. We could walk anywhere for items needed. Plenty of space in the kitchen for cooking. The only thing that would help is maybe a privacy fence for the pool as there was plenty of people that were walking to/from the beach. We had a coffee machine that was broke and they immediately replaced it. Overall, a great place and that is why we continue to use Beach Reunion

We spent the week at Happy Go Lucky and it was absolute perfection! Lots of room for the teenage boys and adults. One block from the beach, easy access to everything! The beach, grocery store, coffee shops, pizza etc. The house was beyond gorgeous and the back patio going out to the pool with BBQ grill was fabulous! Will definitely be looking to book the same place anytime we have the chance to be in Destin. The communication with Beach Reunion staff was top notch from any company we have dealt with before!! Can't wait to book with them again in the future!!

We enjoyed our stay very much...If I could add a recommendation..it would be to have a few more blankets and bath towels and a vacuum cleaner... otherwise, we enjoyed the Condo. It accomodated everyone and we loved that we were on the beach!

The Gray Whale was just what we all needed for a fabulous vacation! The house was perfect in every way. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The view from the top deck is stunning! The outdoor space was amazing!! The pool is large, there is plenty of seating to get away from the sun and eat an outdoor meal. The location is close to great restaurants and shopping. This house is top notch and has it all!! We will definitely stay at this house again!

Good Day Sunshine was a great place for our family of 26. Truly the best equipped kitchen we have ever had. Lots of pans, utensils,serving dishes. The kitchen is so close to the driveway it is very easy to get all the essentials into the house. We loved the huge dining and sitting area, where everyone could be together. The game room on the third floor and the sitting room on the second floor were great areas, too. The pool, hot tub and patio were perfect and private. Beach access was a short walk. A great place to stay and we would definitely return again.

Good Day Sunshine! What a perfect name for this rental because everyday was good!! This is perfect for a big family (20 in our party) or friends gathering. Very spacious, amazing kitchen, plenty of appliances and everything g you could need stocked in a kitchen. The entire experience was top notch. From the time I booked until the day we departed the communication and customer service was top notch. This will be our goto place from now on for our family vacation. The beach is just steps away, plenty of good shopping close by, restaurants and grocery store. The pool was amazing as well as having plenty of seating for everyone. I can’t say enough good things about this property. 10/10 recommend! Oh and there was plenty of room to accommodate all the vehicles.

This is our 2nd year with Beach Reunion! And we already booked for a 3rd. Can't say enough good things about the house and Carrie, who is the house manager. She even came 2x and took the trash cans to the curb for us. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a group of 14 people, that included 4 children, ages 8-11. We all thoroughly enjoyed the house, the proximity to the beach, and all of the amenities. The house was very spacious, the sound did not travel through the house. The house was 5 minutes from the beach, it was easy to go back and forth to the beach throughout the day. The amenities included 3 arcade games, a pool table, a shuffle board table, and an outside pool. The amenities were enjoyed by all, kids and adults.
We did have some issues with the door code and the dryers in the house. Beach House Reunion were notified, those issues were quickly and appropriately addressed.
We will definitely use Beach House Reunion again in the future.

This house feels like a home away from home. The amenities are endless, and the gourmet kitchen has everything you will ever need. When not at the beach or in the pool, our favorite spot is gathering on the first floor. The wide-open space, with its spacious layout and seating is perfect for dinners and game nights. Carrie always goes above and beyond to ensure our stay is perfect. Because of this, we have booked again for next year, which will mark our 4th year at Good Day Sunshine.

A good location, only an 8 minute or less walk to the beach. Nice private pool and plenty of space with 6 bedrooms and 6 full baths. There was also a half bath outside off the pool. Great security within a gated community. We were surprised that the locks did not work on any bedrooms or bathrooms which cut down on the level of privacy people were able to have. Also the AC did not work very well on the third floor. In addition it was difficult to get hot water to the kitchen sink and to the sink in the downstairs bath. There were also no dish towels so we had to use paper towels to dry dishes. These are minor details but ones you would expect a property of this size and price point to have. All in all we did enjoy our stay and I would recommend this property.

Great response from Beach Reunion office on any issues we had. Southbound was perfect for our family and we enjoyed the renovation that had just been completed! Hope to come back next year!
