BEWARE before buying!!!

If you buy a subscription to your company and need to transfer the account to your colleague, its IMPOSSIBLE:
- no transfers of account, even when you have an annual subscription
- no refunds whatsoever, so you could create a new account
- no password option

YOU ARE TOTALLY SCREWED. This is absolutely unheard of.

I subscribed to the yearly plan but…

I subscribed to the yearly plan but ended up using it for 2 months and then forgot about it. They automatically renewed my subscription at the end of the year. I connected with them and explained the circumstances and they refunded my money for the second year. I don’t have much experience with their service but at least their business ethics is acceptable.
