At Kauai Exclusive, the health, safety, and enjoyment of our guests are our top priority. During these uncertain times with the evolving COVID-19 crisis we are carefully following the protocols and suggestions from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization.
We are proactively taking all necessary actions to clean and protect our vacation rentals and our guests’ health.
Our dedicated housekeeping partner, Hawaii Care and Cleaning, has amplified its already precise and industry-leading practices to clean and sanitize each of our vacation rentals. These professional housekeeping and sanitation services ensure that every rental is Safe Zone Certified and guest-ready.
Additionally, our management team is performing additional inspections on each vacation rental. We are taking this unprecedented time to perform any necessary maintenance or improvements so that we always provide a guest experience that is a 10 out of 10!
If you have a reservation with an arrival date between now and August 1, 2020, you may move your dates to a later date, or you may receive a refund if you cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival. Your refund will be the full amount of your reservation, less a $50 service fee that can be used as a credit toward a future stay with Kauai Exclusive.

Adress the sewer gas around building 3 at Waikomo Stream. It found our bedroom twice. This is the second time I've responded. Do you read these reviews?

The condo and the lush well-maintained grounds, pool, and BBQ of the Kuhio Prince were stellar. This is an excellent choice where things are done right.
Our unit was 322 up an easy 2 flights. It was spacious with 2 lanais, a nicely equipped kitchen with high quality dishes, pots and pans, and kitchen tools, elegant furniture, a very comfortable King bed, a handy w/d, plenty of comfortable seating, plenty of linens and towels, plenty of hooks, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, thoughtful lighting, and an umbrella, four beach chairs, and a sun shade. Note: no d/w, yet -- no dishrack! We had an outside bar stool break the day we got there. One call and KEM replaced the entire rig with a new table and two chairs. We appreciated it bc we grilled a lot and would have dinner outside many nights. Note: The roosters begin about 3 am. We found using earplugs really made a difference in being able to stay asleep. This in no way reflects on the Condo; it is Kauai! The owner has created a most enjoyable apartment for a longer stay. It showed in the quality of details and nice furnishings. This Condo was "a lot of bang for the buck".

My only complaint would be that most resorts I have stayed at have more than just one restaurant option, which was closed for a private event. There are no pool bars, snack or store options on the resort itself. There is a shopping center across the street restaurant but nothing on resort.

Internet access is terrible. Everybody I talked to while there including maintenance and management agrees. Many vacationers openly talking about this problem. Have enjoyed facility 3 consecutive years. An upgrade would be appreciated.

We had a fabulous time at the Pili Mai. Everyone loved the beds. It was the perfect size for our family of 7. The kids loved the pool. It was close to beaches and shopping. What’s NOT to love about it? I’d definitely stay here again.

Waipouli Beach Resort was a wonderful place to stay. The pool area with hot tubs, waterslide, and small Riverwalk was a great place to hang out when we were not sightseeing other parts of the island. The location was great. It was easy to get to activities and excursions.
The appliances in one of the units did not work —the icemaker, oven and range top which created some problems for us. The range top in the other unit did not work well either. However, the space was perfect and it was furnished well. My family very much enjoyed their stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this 3-bedroom rental home, which was perfect for our family of eight. The space was incredibly well thought out, with plenty of storage throughout the house to keep things organized during our stay. The home came equipped with a pack and play for our infant, which was a huge convenience and made traveling with a baby much easier. The kitchen was beautiful, making meal prep a breeze, and we especially enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ for family dinners by the pool. The private pool was a major highlight—clean, well-maintained, and a hit with both kids and adults. We would definitely recommend this home to other families looking for a comfortable, family-friendly getaway.
