There are two important things that you should know about Choice. First, they have been the subject of several class action suits and have even been sued by the Attorney General in one state. Secondly, the ONLY cause of failure that they cover is loss due to “normal wear and tear”. I had a microwave magnometer wear out and Choice denied the claim. They refused to send a written denial. They will inevitably try to offer you a “settlement” wherein they offer you 1/5th of the actual cost. Look at their Better Business Bureau complaints and litigation. Warning: They will automatically renew your policy for another year. Cancel it 30 days in advance and ask for confirmation. In short, I had this company for over 10 years on two properties. I noticed their horrible payment track record this year when I had to file. Research the internet (check out Facebook site for unhappy consumers) as well as the plethora of other sites that together will show you the unhappy truth. 

Finally having an end to end experience: from getting a quote, reading what’s it about, purchases, repeated purchases for many trips, and sadly having to claim for a damage penalty.   All are clear, transparent and fair (sound familiarised jargons from some companies, but are they doing things that way !???).  To me rentalcover honoured and delivered exceeding my expectations
