Tons of online proof that this is your worst bet!

There are two important things that you should know about Choice. First, they have been the subject of several class action suits and have even been sued by the Attorney General in one state. Secondly, the ONLY cause of failure that they cover is loss due to “normal wear and tear”. I had a microwave magnometer wear out and Choice denied the claim. They refused to send a written denial. They will inevitably try to offer you a “settlement” wherein they offer you 1/5th of the actual cost. Look at their Better Business Bureau complaints and litigation. Warning: They will automatically renew your policy for another year. Cancel it 30 days in advance and ask for confirmation. In short, I had this company for over 10 years on two properties. I noticed their horrible payment track record this year when I had to file. Research the internet (check out Facebook site for unhappy consumers) as well as the plethora of other sites that together will show you the unhappy truth.

We couldn’t be happier

We couldn’t be happier! We were connected with a repair company in just hours after filing with Choice Warranty. The company came promptly, assessed the problem, ordered parts and we were up and running in a few days. (Had to wait for ordered parts to arrive.). Conrey’s Appliance was the company that did the work. I would highly recommend them!

I had been reviewing the available market for home warranty suppliers and comparing the available vendors I was close to making a decision. A call from "Choice" made the selection easier. I was presented with sufficient information meeting my decision making needs in a non "pushy sales pitch" basis. I appreciate the options given and the selection was made.

CHW searched near and far for a HVAC…

CHW searched near and far for a HVAC tech and over-extended their search to find one almost two hours away. When he showed up it was right on time, ge went straight to work, and discovered the motor was not working at top speed. After re-setting it, he checked the outside unit and discovered two valves that were leaking. He replaced them and gave me the leaky ones. If he weren't so far away I would considder him for all my HVAC needs.
