I have to jump through too many hoops to file a claim. Type info then print a form write on the form scan the form email the form verify info that was on the form and online it’s too much for a service I’m paying for

Horrible company
Horrible company. They say they cover damage to home PCs but when you file a claim, they deny coverage. It even says on their web site that they cover home PC accidental damage. The worst liars.

This company has it together
I've had multiple insurance coverages for my technology and this is by far my best one. The value of excellent, the instructions are clear and the access to the status and information along the way is easy to follow and understand. Even when i had to call for clarification for something, i didn't wait very long on hold and the agent was very polite and thorough. Any hiccups were resolved quickly and easily and I was kept informed during the entire process. When I ended up needing a replacement, the options were excellent... More than meeting my needs. It shipped fast and I was very happy to be back up and running.

Struggled to add device but Chat person was a hero
I was struggling to add my 2 devices to my protection plan that covers most of my devices. I finally used the chat and I should’ve done so much sooner. The person (Patrick) helped me very quickly and made the whole process less of a stress. I just wanted my products protected and he made it happen. Thank you so much.

My laptop was not charging
My laptop was not charging. I was pretty upset and when I contacted them and they said they were sending me shipping materials I figured I wouldn’t have my laptop for weeks. It was overnighted to them. They fixed it within two days and it was back to me in another day so it basically took one week. I am thrilled with their service.

Asurion home is a fraud
Asurion home is a fraud. They keep denying a claim stating that my airpod max headphones. "We couldn't approve your claim
The product in your documents didn't match what was reported in your claim, so we've closed your claim."
Everything I sent is correct. I only have one pair of headphones. Still have the box with matching serial numbers. Do not purchase!

Easy Peasy
Been buying the Asurion plan for some of my purchases on Amazon but never really had to use them until my garden hose broke. A few other things broke before the hose but I was actually very hesitant to start the claims. Hot summer, plants need watering.....
I finally made the move and started the process. The website didn't allow me to connect with my Amazon account but it allowed me to start a live chat. The gentleman who helped me through the process was super easy to communicate with. Everything went smoothly, claims were made, easy peasy. It was totally worth buying the coverage.
