When I tried to use the LiveChat, the amount of info required seemed a little excessive so I dug through notes and went to the main website and added /myaccount to get where I needed to be. I recommend having a sign in that is more apparent on the main page

When I initially tried to apply for insurance, the computers were down but I was assured that the credit card hadn't gone through. I had to wait until the following day to apply again. A month later, I receive my credit card bill & I was charged twice for the policy..on 5/27/25 & 5/28/25. I called and was told the underwriter would be in contact via email. Hours later, I've heard nothing. I've tried to check my policy online but the verification code sent to me isn't opening up my account.
