This company have a really unethical…

This company have a really unethical returns policies. I had a gift card, purchased two blazers and half of the giftcard came off each one. I then returned one of the blazers and rather than applying the full amount of the giftcard to the item I kept, I have lost half the value of the giftcard. Customer Service are refusing to give me back what was remaining on the gift card and are also refusing to apply the total value to what I kept. Not quite sure how or why such a big company would behave in this way. Won't be shopping here again.

Consistently terrible.

If vodafone's broadband was as consistent as their poor customer service they would be great! The issues I have had when changing over provider have been particularly painful. My new provider did a line take over but vodafone claim this did not happen and therefore kept charging me. I must have phoned them 10 times trying to get this sorted out and each time I get passed around, told the same incorrect thing about Sky being the problem, and forced to repeat the same conversations over and over. On several occasions I have had the broadband go down and been told I would get compensation but haven't. It took months to get an engineer out and even then I had months of issues with broadband. Each time you phone them up to help with an issue you go round and round in circles until you just give up. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Love these products

I use these products daily and really rate them. They smell great and have improved the pain I get in my feet. I use the cream for my joints and the balm for muscle pain, usually after exercising. Would highly recommend.

Disappointing

I ordered a sink off this website. Completely wrong item turned up and when I contacted OnBuys customer service they first told me I need to pay for the delivery to return the item I did not want or order. It took quite a while but managed to get a (nearly) full refund (£25 back on £29 order) and
in the end agreed to this to end the suffering. Quite disappointing but at least I got a nearly full refund in the end and had some responsiveness from them via trustpilot.

Love shopping here

Love shopping here. Their customer service is a dream. Always buy from John Lewis if I can. Ordered some bits for Christmas and something arrived damaged. John Lewis offered to send me a new one / a voucher, depending on my preference. Really like that I can speak to a person as well.

Whilst I like this companies ethos

Whilst I like this companies ethos, I have not had a good experience shopping here. The return process is a bit of faff and from the UK costs £20 to return. I ordered some items which were "final sale" which meant they couldn't be returned - I clearly hadnt read the small print closely enough, and just assumed I would be able to return. After explaining to their customer service this was essentially against UK consumer rights law, I managed to get a refund. However, i'm not sure I would shop here again. In an ideal world I think this brand should try to ship from the UK, think this would make the whole process much easier.

I shop often at & other stories and…

I shop often at & other stories and really like the clothes. Unfortunately, one of my returns got lost in the post / or the process of the refund was backed up in the warehouse - I had kept the tracking receipt. I phoned up their customer service team, got to speak to a person in one minute and they sorted everything out immediately. Was really happy with this customer service. Would definitely continue shopping there on that basis.
