Whilst I like this companies ethos
Whilst I like this companies ethos, I have not had a good experience shopping here. The return process is a bit of faff and from the UK costs ￡20 to return. I ordered some items which were "final sale" which meant they couldn't be returned - I clearly hadnt read the small print closely enough, and just assumed I would be able to return. After explaining to their customer service this was essentially against UK consumer rights law, I managed to get a refund. However, i'm not sure I would shop here again. In an ideal world I think this brand should try to ship from the UK, think this would make the whole process much easier.
