This company have a really unethical returns policies. I had a gift card, purchased two blazers and half of the giftcard came off each one. I then returned one of the blazers and rather than applying the full amount of the giftcard to the item I kept, I have lost half the value of the giftcard. Customer Service are refusing to give me back what was remaining on the gift card and are also refusing to apply the total value to what I kept. Not quite sure how or why such a big company would behave in this way. Won't be shopping here again.
