Consistently terrible.

If vodafone's broadband was as consistent as their poor customer service they would be great! The issues I have had when changing over provider have been particularly painful. My new provider did a line take over but vodafone claim this did not happen and therefore kept charging me. I must have phoned them 10 times trying to get this sorted out and each time I get passed around, told the same incorrect thing about Sky being the problem, and forced to repeat the same conversations over and over. On several occasions I have had the broadband go down and been told I would get compensation but haven't. It took months to get an engineer out and even then I had months of issues with broadband. Each time you phone them up to help with an issue you go round and round in circles until you just give up. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
